I ordered pizza online for delivery. I am currently unable to walk due to a massive injury came back which is why I chose delivery. After 2 hours of no pizza being delivered I called and spoke to someone there. He claimed I chose carry out which is not true. I had the order up on my screen and it showed delivery. I also had an option at checkout asking me if I wanted to include a tip which I selected no as I always give tip in cash. Anyhow he said he would have to charge additional for delivery ontop of my 50$ order which I already paid for delivery. I told him you know what please just cancel and refund. He said I am not canceling this order it’s already been made and I am not refunding a 50$ order. I said what do I don’t get my pizza or my money back I guess I need to contact my bank. He then said yep you’re going to have to then hung up on me. I called back a total of 3 times trying to get ahold of the manager and he claimed he was the manager. Wouldn’t give a name either. He would not listen, started yelling at me and talking over me the whole time. I eventually had a family member go drive down after the 3 phone calls I made and they said threw my order out and keeping my money. I have called my bank and notified my bank putting a dispute on the charge. This is THEFT. I won’t be ordering there again.
EDIT 11/11/24 called customer service if corporate and chatted with them. They assured me I would get a call back within 3 days still no word back. I have also called the store and asked who the owner is, I get hung up on, I’ve also called and ask to speak to manager and get put on permahold. I encourage anybody who has ordered from here or thinks about ordering from here to not order. You could have your money stolen next. Since the person will not give me his name. The only thing that I can possibly think of is that the person that I’m having the issue with is Rob. The same person everybody on here is complaining about. Read moreI called the store to request a refund for the two blue cheese dipping I did not receive. I figured it would be best to request the refund considering we are in the midst of a pandemic. However, I initially the store to request the refund. The clerk who answered with no name, took my information and next thing I know the call was disconnected and my phone auto dialed back to the store. I stated "I don't know what happened to the call but I was calling for a refund for sauces not received." The clerk with an egregious attitude stated, "I don't know how we would refund you when the order wasn't in store." My simple reply in case he'd forgotten "I order with my card. I don't understand what you're saying." His attitude inflated more "because I said so."
I'm sorry. Since when did we enter a world when a refund for two blue cheese dippings not received due to no fault of my own turns into a clerk being comfortable within his skin and position of customer service to speak to a customer in such a way. If your calls are recorded, which I hope they are but more than likely they are not you could hear exactly how the call went and just how quickly his tone, demeanor and attitude went from sort of welcoming and slightly irritated that I called back because the call was disconnected to him literally attempting to argue with me. Read moreYet another pizza place that has sold their soul to DoorDash. Received the text that the dasher picked up my order, but she had two other stops before me. Fine, I’m sure even regular pizza delivery drivers make more than one delivery. The issue is, regular drivers keep the pizza in a hot bag so your pizza still arrives hot. This driver did not use a hot bag so by the time she did her two other orders our pizzas were nearly cold. Also, I wanted to be handed my order and through multiple confirmations of my order I DID NOT select contactless, however, she still arrived, placed our pizza on the ground and left. Did not ring our bell or knock, just left. If I had not gotten the next text that it was delivered I would not have known it was there. We’ve been ordering from this location for nearly 11 years and always had great service with their own drivers. May just have to stick with Dominos...
