Larry's Central Market — Local services in Erie

This is my favorite place in Erie. I’m from Puerto Rico and lived in Pittsburgh before moving here. I have found so many puerto rican essentials here that I couldn’t find anywhere else, including fresh ingredients with excellent quality, and even nostalgic products that make me smile every time I visit. Their meat products are varied and top quality too. But what I like the most is that the employees are always very kind. Last time I was there during the 2024 winter storm one of the girls offered to get all my bags in the car so that I could focus on getting my baby on his car seat faster. Now I love this place, there are so few like it anymore. A real butcher shop. Complete with all the seasonings and sides you will need for that next bbq! Now I am very, VERY Picky when it comes to my meal preparations and choices I make buying reflect this. I have tried the specialty products that only Larry's produce, like their homage to sausage peppers and onions, all INSIDE THE SAUSAGE! Not only was it delicious, but a new favorite.

So next time you need some freshly cut need or pork, or lamb! Come here. Also fresh locally sourced fish and other products. I would not only highly recommend this place, but shop here every other day.

Larry's market has been a cornerstone in Erie PA for many decades. I used to live a few houses down as a single digit youth 50 years ago. Their quality goods are second to no one. They are the small market with the big heart. Their employees are friendly, enthusiastic and bust their butts to put out the market's products and produce. One may find many unique items there.
