For jewelry repair, the best! I have a 5 diamond, channel cut ring, and lost one of the stones. I brought the ring into the mall, to get a quote to get the stone replaced. One place needed to send the ring to corporate, as there was no jeweler on premises: I would be called with a quote, then 4 wks for repair and return. Another place could do it in a week (jeweler on site), and quoted me $655. I stopped by EM Jewelry, and spoke to Eddie. He evaluated it, looked me in the eyes and said, $75 and will be done by end of the week. I think my jaw dropped open, because he said, "What? Not enough?" I voiced my surprise, and he said he carries a variety of stones just for these kind of repairs. A week later, I picked up my beautifully repaired ring. Only $75, no last minute adjustments. Under the loupe, smoothly repaired, and I couldn't tell the replaced stone from the originals. He also has a small section of estate jewelry that has me salivating and thinking about my next birthday. I plan on bringing in another ring for repair. I will not go anywhere else...

Eddy, the owner at EM Jewelry is a true "gem"! He is kind, knowledgeable and honest. My daughter wanted to buy a ring (not engagement) for her boyfriend. It had to be THE ring, not just any mass produced ring. After an incredibly exhausting search, we walked into EM Jewelry and found exactly what she was looking for! He has amazing pieces in his store!

On a second note, I have been looking for a diamond and sapphire eternity ring and after some discussion, Eddy will be designing the ring for me. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable - I could jump for joy! He will also be repairing my wedding ring as well.

When I bought this chain it had a lobster clasp. I asked the person that sold me this chain if he can put a box clasp like the second picture. He told me okay let me order the piece so I can change it I said okay that’s fine. Once I got the piece it was not even close to what I wanted so unprofessional apart from that he was being rude.
