I bought a decorative glass block window off of eBay from them almost a year ago for an amazing deal. They made an second window for me and gave me the same steal of a deal. Unfortunately there were some differences between the windows that I didn't notice until installing them. Also unfortunately, I wrote a negative review before trying my best to let them take care of the situation. They did everything they could to make things right.
