Paradise Island — Restaurant in Euclid

I usually love coming here I never have any problems but today I took my daughter there for lunch we ordered wings and fries the wings were great the fries we not all the way cooked and very soft by the time the waitress came to check on us we were ready to pay and go I told her that the fries were not good and to take them off our bill and I will gladly pay for everything thing else she said OK then came back shortly saying her manager said the fries can't come off the bill but they can remake them I told her we are ready to leave now plus the wings are gone just 5ake the fries off the bill I asked to tall to the manager she came over with an attitude and told me that I was paying for the fries I told her I'm not she went and got the cook then he comes to the table with a nasty attitude gets loud and tells me over and over that I am going to pay for the fries it was ridiculous so I ended up only paying for what I ate and left anyway no matter what they were screaming I was so shocked that this happened because I come here a lot with friends and family and now we are no longer going back to spend our money because of rude and poor...

Ordered from food Uber eats today and I had some issues. I ordered two things a burger for my dad which he enjoyed and also a quesadilla for myself. First let me say the first half of my quesadilla was absolutely delicious. I asked for no peppers and everything was cooked to my liking. The issue came when I took a bite of my quesadilla that was on the bottom of the to go box. When I took a bite not only was the bottom completely soggy but it also tasted like bitter willted greens (lettuce). When the order was boxed up they used the greens as a garnish but it ruined the quesadilla pieces that were on the bottom and made them inedible. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager I believe her name was Melissa or Megan. I explained the situation to her and I was informed that I have to take it up with Uber Eats. I never asked for a refund all I wanted was a a remake of half of the quesadilla and she still said I had to take it up with Uber. Very disappointed on how she handled the situation. This was my fourth time coming to this place. I haven't had any issues until TODAY! I brought my cousin for the first time experience with her and it was terrible!!! The Buffalo and crab dips were wayyyyy more cheese than anything else 😫 The wings were okay, a bit on the salty side but that wasn't the icing on the cake..... They offer another option to take care of your bill so that's how I choose to pay. I paid through the app and we left.
