I was referred to autohous by a highly reputable shop in Portland. I was calling around and looking for an estimate for transmission problems I started having with my 2000 C class Mercedes! I knew what the issue most likely was after researching Limp Mode, and what the P0175 code a basic OBD 2 reader means. To fix only one of the issue’s my car was having I was quoted $1000! I called Jesse at autohous and explained what problems I was having with my car. Jesse right away confirmed what was going to most likely need replaced, and gave me his estimate to repair my car! I was so happy that the price was more than fair for getting three parts replaced on my transmission with warranty, and he was going to use the correct computer to scan my car, read my codes and clear them! I made my appointment to take my car in and was able to pick it up the very same day good as new!!! They were so amazing at autohous that I’m going to keep taking my car in for anything it needs to have done. Normally I try to save money by doing my own work, but it became very clear to me that when you’re dealing with a foreign car like a Mercedes and your not a mechanic don’t do it! Everything works and runs different and these guys took the time to learn just how different these cars are, and what advanced technology they work with! When my codes were ran for my car their were old codes from past shops and services my car had. Those shops did not have code readers that could clear my cars codes. Autohous is a great place that will give you honest work, and great prices. It’s really worth it to let then handle your car and keep it running like it’s brand new just...
Read moreOh my goodness… I am so grateful for word-of-mouth, and Jesse and the gang at AutoHaus should be too! I called a trusted friend, who works on older models of my vehicle and told him I really needed someone that was friendly, trustworthy, and fair when it comes to mechanics to work on my newer model. Without hesitation, he said, ‘call my buddy Jesse at AutoHaus. He’s awesome, they’re great over there, you’ll love them!’ I hung up and that’s what I did… I explained my situation to Jesse and he immediately went to work on the solution. He gave me a quote, I took my car in, they finished the work sooner than expected, and my bill was less than I expected! Wow, I got what I asked for, friendly, trustworthy, and fair. And not only that, I feel like I have mechanics that are friends in just one visit! What a great team you have at AutoHaus Jesse… And you’re so easy to find, ‘in the big yellow building on the right hand side of seventh Avenue just past Fillmore!’🙂 It feels so good to have a mechanic that I know will be there for me for the rest of my days driving!
Another amazing journey to AutoHaus! Jesse and the gang took such good care of me and Got a little hitch in my giddyup fixed in a matter of moments! I love that my car is sparkly clean when I pick it up! What an added extra bonus to the fabulous work...
Read moreI have to say they are awesome! I could not recommend them more! I have a mini and my battery died. My car needs the battery to be coded. otherwise it's normally something I could do myself. I called a couple of other shops in town. The first shop wanted to charge me $400.00 just for the battery. The second shop wanted $300.00 for the battery. Just for part not including labor. The BMW wanted $229.00 for the battery. We all know dealers are always way more expensive. So obviously the other shops are way over pricing parts. Anyways, I found Autohaus on 7th and Fillmore. They did not price gouge me and their customer service was absolutely awesome! Got a loaner car, got the work done when they said they would. It was great all around. They will absolutely be my go to from now on. I have had a lot of experience, because I'm a woman, a lot of car shops will price gouge simply because they think I don't know anything about my car.
If anyone wants the names of the other 2 shops if you DM me I...
