I love the atmosphere and food. Great portions, prices and quality. Unfortunately the bartender Ross was and IS a horrible horrible employee and possibly person. I have never been so disappointed in my entire life of a person in the service industry. He ignores you , makes mean faces , acts like a customer is a total inconvenience, shames you when you ask what kind of sauces are Available for wings, assumes you’re just there for the cheap food when you aren’t , throws menus your way when you kindly and patiently ask. Yes, he flung a menu across the bar at me after ignoring me for 20 minutes when I arrived for a drink during open mic !!! I want to bring people to this amazing venue but he’s absolutely a jerk. I’ve tried everything to get him to stop treating customers like absolute garbage. I mean everything! It’s such a shame because the place is great otherwise. This man should be fired. Immediately. He hates his life or something. He definitely hates people and hates his job and is clearly miserable and brings down the entire vibe and establishment. He doesn’t even say “ thank you “ when you tip him. I’ve never seen him greet people. I can’t go on. I never complain but if you think of bad , he is 100,000 times worse. I’ve talked to about 40 different people who agree. Sadly , He’s just not cut out for the industry. He should hide and work at home away from humans. His service and attitude is Beyond terrible! I feel bad being so honest and I’m So sorry he’s ruining this great business! If the owner or manager reads this , please know that he is going to destroy your company and reputation in this tight knit community. I have spent so much money and every just trying to get a smile or some curtesy or something. Anything from him. But no , he’s a cancer. Please 🙏🏼 Let him go !!!...
Read moreCame in on Saturday for the first time to try this place out, the service was fantastic as was the food. We ordered the strips and they were homemade and yummy as were the fries. Well skip forward to today Wednesday we decided to stop in again for dinner because the strips were so good but we were not greeted with the same amazing service. We stood at the bar with a bartender standing in front of us for a good couple mins before she even acknowledged us and when she did she was rude. We ordered our food and went and gambled while we waited for our food to come out. When our food came out we noticed the chicken strip were clearly not the same and were out of a bag frozen not the same yummy homemade ones we had just a few days before. We sat down to eat and the first bite the chicken strip had a funny fishy taste and the texture was weird and this was for both mine and my fiancé's. Then we tried the French fries, which you could smell right off the bat smelled sweet, when we tried them they had some sort of nutmeg or cinnamon on them. We brought the quality of the food to the attention of the other bartender and she responded with “what do you want me to do about it” no offer to remake it or get us something else or a refund. We closed out our tab and still ended up have to pay for both chicken strip baskets that we gave back in full to the bartender. Horrible service. We will unfortunately not be back after...
Read moreI'm giving this low rating because something happened this evening that was so unacceptable! My boyfriend and I like to go in here and gamble and get something to eat. They didn't have them listed but our favorite is the crab cakes. It could be a little larger portion. But the cakes are really good.
This evening I showed up ahead of my partner. I asked for a menu and went into the gambling area. The gentleman that helped me was very polite. But when I went to cash in one of my gambling tickets a female helped me. I asked her for the wifi info and she said " no it's only for customers. You have to buy something" I was super taken back at how rude she was. I didn't even point out that I had a menu and planned on ordering food for me and my boyfriend that was meeting me there. Or that im pretty sure that gambling there does make me a customer. I was embarrassed and really didn't appreciate how she treated me. I just left. I tried to think why she'd treat me like that. Not that it would be ok if it was this..but I was dressed fine. I had spent the day volunteering for the mission. Anyways, I decided to just leave and kinda teared up a little in the parking lot. We will not be going there again if that female bartender is working. And that is the oppposite of what should be happening when your in the food/drink service business. Very...
