If you care about good service, fast delivery or just general human understanding, do not order from Moss Crossing. Worst experience with a dispensary I've ever had, with shady delivery drivers and absolutely no responsibility for their own mistakes.

I ordered from this store for delivery yesterday at 7:40 and was excited for my order to arrive. At 8:30 I was sent a message that the delivery driver was on the way, and I patiently waited by the door with the payment in hand. Around 9:30 I was tired of waiting by the window and tried to call them to ask about the delivery, but it was after hours so I wasn't able to reach anyone. After around 11 I figured there was no way anyone would be arriving and decided to call in the morning to figure out what exactly had happened.

The person I spoke to in the morning said my order was marked as "closed" at 8:45 and said she would contact her closing drivers to figure out the issue. After about an hour I received a call back and was told that the driver said they did go to the house, spoke to someone with my name, and was told they never ordered. I asked for the address they had on file, which she provided, and I confirmed everything was correct. I was told that she was given two different accounts by me and her driver, so it was impossible to determine what actually happened due to the conflicting accounts. I was then told someone could come back to deliver the order, but if the order wasn't completed that they would be unable to deliver to my address in the future.

I order delivery every week from another delivery service, and they have absolutely no problem showing up when they say they will. The person I spoke to essentially treated me as a liar (my word against their driver), which is absolutely ludicrous, since I took the time to 1) order from their company and 2) follow up on it the next day when they never arrived. Even if they went to the wrong house (which would be their mistake for going to the wrong address when they have the correct information on file), they could have given me a call (they also had the correct number on file to contact me), or at the very least seemed the least bit apologetic. I do have a common name, so I can understand how a mix up could happen if they went to the wrong house, but treating a paying customer like a liar, and not owning up to the mistakes made by their own drivers, is completely unacceptable from a business. They could have called the number they had on file, confirmed the address they were at was correct, or even just acted the least bit apologetic for the mistake. Next time, I'll be ordering from a delivery service that actually shows up, which is pretty much anyone else...

Constantly late on deliveries, low turn over of product. More than once deliveries have come after the 2 and half hour mark. More than once they have come at the 50ish minute mark. There is no way to use this service with reliability. Missed a delivery, called them back, and their options were for me to either 'get it tomorrow?' or cancel it, when I've been a long time customer that has had no issues with them in the past, even if they aren't consistent.

Either get more delivery drivers, split up deliveries more, or let people know more accurately how long it will take to get to them- I called an hour into waiting for this delivery and he said it would be there soon. It was more than an hour later that I missed three calls from them. I called back within a few minutes and their response left a lot to be desired in my mind.

Maybe I'll grab a clone inside, if they have any 'actually' rooted this time and not just placed from cloning reservoir into soil and sold. (More than one clone I've purchased from them have been stunty, all of their clones are the most miinimum of height and growth rate to be sold. The varieties are okay though.)

Other than that- Delivery is supposed to be for me- the customer- to make it easier for me to do other things with my day if I pay a premium for the product and a delivery fee. If I have to sit an unbeknownst amount of time without reaction from the deliverer, then miss the delivery- it should be more than 2 minutes of waiting on the delivery drivers part before they leave and tell me to cancel my order, or order the next day. I ordered, do your job, jesus.

After many months I thought for sure the issues prevalent with cannabis delivery would be long gone- we've been rec for 10 years now- but the reasons for this dispos time consuming ways are the hoops they have to jump through to stay legal. Expect a long delivery, do not leave for they will suddenly appear at your home- but good natured and knowledgeable staff, who are doing the best they can with the legal set up we as...

This is seriously one of my favorite stops when i run my weekly errands! I dont smoke pot. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks. I now use cbd daily as a tool amd medicine to have a normal life. When i came to moss crossing i had just had a series of panic attacks that left me in my room afraid to go anywhere. I remembered that i had taken cbds once that a friend gave me that helped. Moss crossing was recommemded to me from that same friend. I decided to brave the world and stop in to find a good product that would work for me. When i arrived i was welcomed by a very relaxing atmosphere and some very kind amd well educayed professionals. darian has been especially helpful! I explained my plight and that i knew that thc wouldnt help. The staff there helped me fimd an amazing and high quality product that i have been using for months now. I use the cannamixer cbd that is water soluable made by Muru. I camt speak highly enough of these wonderful people and this business. I mever feel rushed, or pressured to buy something that might be dangerous for my condition. I always feel supported and uplifted by the folls here. This is not a place like other places. Unlile many dispensaries that i equate with legal drug dealers or pushers... This place is professional amd conpassionate. These people actually CARE about the customers and clientele that walk through the doors. I am seriously forever grateful for this place and the people that make it what it is!! If you want to find the right product for your situation or ailment without feeling sold to or pressured then I highly rcommemd coming to mosscrossing!!
