Drumrongthai Foodcart — Restaurant in Eugene

Today was the first time I checked out Drumrongthai food cart. They are located in the parking lot of Healty Pet on Friendly St. in Eugene, OR. This food cart is fairly new and has been there only 2 or 3 months. I got the pineapple fried rice. The meal was a little pricey for a food cart, $16. I lived across the street from this restaurant when it was on 24th and it was my favorite place to get dinner. The owner is incredibly nice and even called me personally to make sure I got a refund when an app let me place an order when they were closed. When they changed to a food cart I was so worried that they had closed down, but was so exited when I saw the food cart!!! Only Thai food I've ever decided to pass on finishing. Asked for extremely spicy and got the most vanilla mild sweet curry that was also bland and gritty from overcooked squash. Pad Thai tasted like a dessert it was so sweet. 0 umami score for either dish. Also the piddly rice serving is about half of what you need for a curry.
