EDIT: Posting pics of uneven ceiling joist because it IS off, some are 22 1/2 apart, some 23 3/4. Very few were correct. You can see in the pics the parts of the drywall (drywall is 48 inches and should fit perfectly) that are hanging there because the measurements of the shed are off. Nothing to do with the double corner wall studs, I fixed that when I did the drywall on the bottom half. Which the drywall on the walls (NOT THE CEILING) fit perfectly because the studs are done correctly. And yes, uneven joist can cause ceiling sagging.
First off, getting it to my original location was a nightmare. I don't move sheds and kept being told if it's too muddy they'll have to take it back. I don't know how the ground needs to look, and you did come out a month before but when the actual time came i was left in the dark and told if they couldn't get it in that was my free delivery and I'd have to pay for the next. Considering how much they cost this is unacceptable.
Secondly, the movers are the absolute WORST. And when you don't buy you're shed outright you have to go through them. I moved 3 times. First move when I First got the shed was okay besides the fact they could not give me a date until the day before. A little notice to take time off work would have been nice. I ended up losing my job over calling in last minute. The second move same thing, didn't give me a date until the day of. Thankfully I wasn't working. I moved from noti, past marcola. It cost 500. Third and final move they gave me a date and time, then showed up 3 hours early. I was not ready and very rushed. So rushed I forgot my concrete blocks from the last place and had to leave to go get them. When I returned they put my shed down in the wrong place. There was a spot for my shed on a rocky patch my landlords had just made for it. They put it 2 inches away from the ledge where in time the rocks will fall back and settle. I had to get a hole other batch of rocks to make my little shed bed a bigger spot. With erosion it would have slipped right off eventually. That move was 3 miles down the road. Not even. They charged me 500. 500 for a 3 mile move when 60 miles cost me the same. Miguel also told me you guys get a lot of complaints about your drivers. I paid at least 3000 (probably 4000) in interest on that shed. I deserve a little custom service. You guys do okay, your drivers are HORRIBLE.
And third, it's not built great. There's some questionable lumber that was used and they messed up the measurements when framing it. Usually studs are supposed to be a certain width apart so drywall fits perfectly. Well the measurements are off so it doesn't fit. Plus I'm pretty sure there are building codes. My ceiling joist are completely off and that can cause sagging. TAKE A MEASUING TAPE WITH YOU AND MAYBE EVEN A CONTRACTOR IF YOU DO DECIDE TO BUY. Either way for paying what I did I'm incredibly disappointed for the quality and customer service. I would never buy another shed here again and I would definitely not recommend to...
Read moreI contacted Jose multiple times, usually with some changes in my plans/ideas for my RV Carport. Each time he responded in a very positive way -- no indication of getting frustrated! He even came out to my property, so that we could both get a reality check of what was possible on my lot. I wanted good quality and good service and felt 100% that I would get that from him. After all that, I decided that I would be selling my lot in a year or two, and it didn't make sense to go ahead with the project. I let him know that recently. There was never any pressure. If anyone ever tells me they need a carport, or anything else for that matter, I would highly recommend Jose'. (He is the only one I dealt with, so that is who I am...
Read moreJalila is the lady who helped me & was very friendly, professional and helpful. She's an asset to the company for sure. She helped me with different quotes i asked for on a couple different sizes of sheds I was looking at all very politely. The company produces some great sheds & barns. We already have 1 of their bigger barns @ 10x20 we use for our goats. When I needed a smaller shed 8x8 we didn't hesitate to give them our business again because of the quality as compared to their competitors all at a very competitive price. This will be our 2nd building with them and as our little farm grows who knows if it will be the last. Call Jalila, she will be more than happy to help...
