I ordered products last month and was given a delivery date within 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and the new delivery date isn't for another 2 weeks. I called the carrier and they stated shipment was sent by cheapest route through fex ex. Utilizing a third party carrier. I then called Mountain Rose Herbs, was put on hold for 45 minutes. Once customer service representative answered he didn't care about my order and his attitude was "we sent it, leave me alone" and hung up on me! This was a LARGE order and I would think a company that wants to stay in business would be a little more concerned about their clients. I hope Mountain Rose Herbs spends my money carefully because it is the LAST time they will...

I’ve actually been unable to order from them as they do not ship to my area in Canada, but my interactions with them have always been great. They respectful and their newsletters are always full of helpful tips...
