I was asked to park my car as they were waiting for fries to finish. I have been parked in the past at this location and something almost always goes wrong when this happens whether its missing items or having to go in for my food. I watched the next car leave and they probably didnt order fries so thats fine but i proceeded to watch the next order go out immediately at the window and that customer grabbed a fry and ate it out of the bag. I expected my food after that because the fries were done, but instead i had to keep waiting as they parked two more cars beside me. 10 minutes later an employee comes out with two orders and asks me what i had. When i tell her i had a mobile order with my name she rolls her eyes at me and gives the order she has to the two cars next me. She then comes me and asks me what was in my order and goes back inside. At this point im pretty mad i dont have my food and ive watched 6 or so other orders go out so clearly my order had been forgotten about. Of course when i walk in my order is sitting finished in the warmer for who knows how long. When i go to double check the contents i get told condescendingly that "its all there". I have never been so disrespected and made to feel like i was the inconvenience. It is clear that general management only cares about their bonuses related to their perceived drive thru times and dont actually want to do any work to ensure those drive times are accurate. The customer is still waiting regardless if its at the window or in the parking lot. If this location has good drive thru times it is only because shortcut policies like parking every single car to get around sensors regardless of what they ordered which results in a poorer customer experience. Seems like defrauding Burger King to me, especially if anyone is planning on bonusing from...
Read moreI placed a mobile order at 11:51pm I get to the store right at 12:00am (which is the store closing time.) I pull up to the drive thru and all the menus shut off. So pull up to the window it's now 12:01am and here comes an employee leaving the store walking toward her car with a bag of food in hand. We ask very politely " ma'am how do we get our order we just placed like 15 to 20 mins ago?? She replies "hold on" & she goes back in to the store. She says "the order was placed 9 mins ago not 20" I'm like "ok sry, but I want my food please or my money back. She says " what was the order, I'm like"a bunch of stuff it's $45 worth of food." I pull up my order on my phone and show her, she replies "ya we don't have all that stuff" I'm like ok so give me my money back then. To which she says "I haven't taken ur money cuz I ner hit the button. I'm like umm ya u did" I show her my bank account has a pending transaction for burger king. She says well we don't start making the food til ur arrive. I say ok so make my food or give me my money back. And again she says the same thing that she didn't press the button." Ok now I know it's still pending transaction but we all know that once a trasaion is pending that money is not...
Read moreI'm not one to leave reviews for a restaurant, but i really don't know what else to do. I'm a doordash driver, I deliver orders from this restaurant all the time without issue. Yesterday I had an order for a woman who called burger king and falsely reported her order stolen so she could get her money back. Since then, I've tried picking up another order and they explained to me what happened, and I've done my best to explain to them that I did not steal her order. I can't even eat fast food anymore due to a medical condition. People do this on doordash ALL the time to get free food, I'm sure fast food workers know this. But no, no matter how hard to try to explain to them her food was not stolen, they do not listen. I just tried to call and explain, and I was always very kind about it. Got hung up on. Seriously? Grow up. Doordash tracks drivers and they can see that I went to her house and delivered the food, I handed it to her. I even called doordash support and they called burger king. But nah they still think I did it.
This is how I make my money, them not even giving me a chance to explain the situation is completely unfair, and that's one restaurant I can no longer...
