Have been coming her for many years. Now suddenly my rate for my dog service was raised by 50% without being told (billed at pick up) ahead of time and another 8% at the very next visit. That’s a 58% increase in two back to back visits with no advanced warning from the owners. The new counter staff was unprofessional in her responses as to why my charges are inconsistent. Not willing to offer any type of constructive help to obtain answers as to why my fees were suddenly increased inconsistently without my advanced notification. My Morkie Cody was shaved all the way off today. We always do a Schnauzer cut. Long front/ back legs. They know the cut we get. Groomer said" matted "and completely shaved him. They would not give my money back or offer anything toward next time.Terrible customer service. Instead told me I had to leave. Threatened to call the police on me! I found a senior dog in middle of the road and I stopped here to ask where the closest vet was so I could get him scanned for a chip. Poor old guy was blind and nails were very over grown so as they were getting me the vets info they trimmed his nails for free which I did not ask them to do they did it out the goodness of their hearts trying to help this poor baby.
