My daughter wanted to go here for a long time. So I had seen online where you can reserve the orange couch. So we did exactly that. They had increments of 15 mins, so I booked it at an available time an hour and a half before arrival for 11:00 am. When I arrived, the workers had no idea it was booked. They looked around at each other and my reservation confirmation email for a few minutes. They got their manager, who looked at it and said it was already booked. That the people who booked it booked it yesterday for 9:00 am, and that they weren't going to make them move. They asked if I wanted another space. The manager told me they weren't going to make them move just so we could sit there. She then told me that the couch is popular and that we could ask to take pictures with it. I understood that the couch is popular, which is why I made the reservation. She chastised me for not having booked my time a day before like this group who had been there for 2 hours. Nothing on their website said anything about booking a day in advance. She said she wasn't going to make them move, but then went over and made them move telling them that we "wanted to sit at the couch." Not "they had a reservation booked." So we got to feel the resentment of both the customers seated there AND the staff. Needless to say we didn't stay long. I wish I could take back my tip, but by that point we had already paid for our drinks. If you have your reservations online, make sure you are checking them, and adhere to them. It is not the customer's fault for following your prosedures by reserving the space. It is your fault for not implementing your reservations. If it cannot be booked at a certain time, don't make it available. AND if it is so popular, why would it be ok to be booked for 2 hours, when the site has it at 15 minute intervals? We sat there for less than our 15 minutes because we felt...
Read moreThe Friends theme is cute and kitchy, but the vibe is unwelcoming. The customer service wasn't what I expected. I was given my cinnamon dolce latte and egg white bites—microwaved and all—in a bag. I had planned to stay and enjoy, but ended up leaving with the bag in hand.
I was excited to try this place as the first stop on my four-stop coffee morning adventure, but sadly, it was my least favorite. I had hoped for a warm, welcoming start to my rainy Thursday. While the atmosphere didn’t deliver, the hot sip of cinnamon dolce was a bright spot.
When getting coffee, sometimes all you want is that perfectly warmed and flavored burst of energy—if that’s what you’re after, this might be for you. But if you’re looking for a welcoming experience, this missed the mark for me. The microwaved egg whites (the kind like Starbucks’) just didn’t hit the spot. The customer service that other reviewers noted wasn't there to make up for the mediocre food. It may have been an off day, we all have them.

Read moreI have been placing an online order at Orange Couch every Friday for over a year for myself and people I work with. On occasion, I have been late picking up my order. Last week my daughter went in to pick up our coffee and we were late. The owner was upset and lectured my daughter about being on time and that next time she would make the coffee later. The owner also suggested we make a later pick up time. Today we chose a later pick up time. My daughter once again went in to get the coffee. The owner announced my name (because I placed the order) and commended my daughter for being on time. The coffee wasn’t ready, I guess she figured we would be late despite the later pick up time. My daughter was so embarrassed. The coffee was paid for, life happens sometimes and it causes you to be late. The coffee is great and so is the atmosphere but because of this experience I will no longer be placing my weekly order with...
