I had ordered a significant amount of flowers for my wedding. I had the worst experience across the board. The customer service was awful, kaatie is rude, quite unresponsive and really does not care to do her job at all. After ordering me the wrong color flowers for my bouquet, they created a bouquet for me with different flowers and it looked awful. I had multiple comments from people about how terrible it turned out. It was near impossible to hold and looked absolutely nothing like the picture i based mine off of. Overall it was an awful experience and i would never recommend them to anyone, especially such an important event. A lot of my friends and family has ordered flowers through them before for funerals and holidays and all have said they will never be a customer of this business again. I had flowers and chocolate covered strawberries sent to my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. Cost $80+. I picked 3 different flowers. Lilies, baby breaths and one flower the young man recommended, a fragrant white flower. I requested that they be delivered between 2:30 & 4 PM. First, they delivered them @ 11:15. Second, the chocolate covered strawberries were not delivered with the flowers. (Had to call them and they delivered those seperate 2 hours later) The "fragrant white flowers" were not in bouquet, but replaced by something that looked like erect brussel sprouts. It's only Monday and half of them are already dead. And she took care of them. The brussel sprouts never bloomed and I'm dissatisfied. Would have loved to use a local florist for our wedding one day, but not this one. Amateur hour...

I came in about 20 minutes before close for a bouquet as a last minute addition to my elopement. I planned to just grab whatever they had and tie a ribbon on it. I was BLOWN AWAY with the service and the flowers. They had the perfect flowers in a big old vase. I told the girl what I was doing and she offered to turn it into a bouquet for me! The florist made the most beautiful arrangement in a few minutes and added spray for me so it lasted. It's 4 days later and it's still perfect! The gentleman there chatted with me about his wedding being in his living room as well. Overall, what an incredible experience to make my day even more perfect. They went the extra mile. It's rare to see anymore and I really really appreciate it. You won't regret...
