During the bitter cold, we experienced major issues with our breaker panel (burning/melting) which was caused by use of inferior products by the builders. As a result, we were without power for the night when temps were in the single digits. I called first thing in the morning and they were at my house, with the power back on, in about two hours. They came back a few days later and replace the entire panel. Their electrician arrived on time, finished the job quickly and was very professional. Everything is back working as it should, and there's no more smell of burning electrical components in the basement!

To be honest, I had no real frame of reference to know if the price quoted to me was fair, so prior to having the work done, I consulted an independent electrician who said the price was "very good."

Ryse came in and looked at our whole system. Shawn gave us timely quotes focused on our concerns, without trying to sell us more. They came in and fixed the problems we had in our living room and have just replaced our panel and moved our meter. They were thousands of dollars less than previous quotes. We were experiencing some serious lights flickering and voltage fluctuations on multiple outlets at our house. Ryse electric was recommended by a friend and coworker who has employed them before. I called Ryse to schedule an estimate for replacing main circuit panel and weatherhead. The communications and coordination with the office was outstanding. The electricians and office staff were extremely polite, quick and a pleasure to work with. The cost for the project came in lower than I was expecting.
