First, I would love to rave about how great this coffee is! I have tried several of their flavored lattes, but always come back to the Honeymoon Latte (lavender and honey). It is perfect! My husband says your London Fog lattes (with Earl Grey tea) is one of the best he's ever had.
That said, I have had issues with super long waits several times when I've arrived in the morning, and I always seem to pick the slowest line. A few days ago I only had three cars in front of me, and it took a full 20 minutes of waiting before I got to the window. (I had allowed for 10 and ended up late for an appointment.) All the cars in front of me apparently were packed with people ordering 3-4 drinks per car (plus food). By the time I finally got to the window and ordered my one drink, the entire transaction was done in barely two minutes.
May I make a suggestion? Perhaps during peak hours (mornings especially), you could designate one of the two lines as single-order only, similar to a speed checkout at the grocery store or a carpool lane on the highway. I would not even roll my eyes a little bit if you called it the "Expresso Lane."
One more piece of feedback - I ordered an extra hot latte this last time, and about five minutes into drinking it, I realized coffee was dripping from the lid onto my (white, of course) clothes. The lid was on all the way so I'm not sure if it had to do with the temperature, but it was a leaky mess.

Read moreI visited the Eureka location. There was a couple of cars in front of me at the drive through, and it took 10+ minutes to get to the window. When we finally got there, the server looked at us several times without taking our order. When we got our coffee it was OK until the end when the last sip was full of grounds. They are pleasant enough but no sense of customer service, which matters a lot at a drive thru. If you pay with a card they hand you a device to complete the transaction. Since it's been handled by most of the customers this is not a very sanitary approach to payment. The overall experience wasn't awful, but not worth a special trip.
Update: Since it is a new place I thought I'd wait a couple of weeks and try again. The service was pleasant, but again very slow. I think the problem is that they don't take your order until you are at the window, so they can't even start the order until you are...

I did not have to wait on this visit - I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. It's cool that that both sides are available for drive thru service. Love that the syrups are housemade and organic as I don't like sweet coffee or sweet syrups.
