I absolutely love Ollie's. I just discovered it a few weeks ago and have been hooked ever since. It has amazing options food snacks bedding household where toys, books and magazines. My daughter loves to read Dork Diaries she has a few and I have paid over $10 for these books and I found them here for 2.99 I couldn't believe my eyes so you bet we definitely stocked up on some Dork Diary books LOL also they have everything you can think of but keep in mind if there's something there that you want but you want to think about it I definitely recommend getting it then because it may not be there the next time you come. It is similar to Big Lots but in my opinion it's a thousand times better they have a lot of name brand items from Mattel Nickelodeon Disney for half the price of what you would pay at Target or Walmart I did a comparison and I saved so much money from shopping at Ollie's. This will definitely be my Christmas shopping store I recommend it to everyone and tell everyone about it. They also have a Rewards program it is free to sign up I don't remember exactly what the program is I believe for every dollar spent you get so many points but don't quote me on that 100% but it's a really good program and you get money off your next purchase. Can't wait to go back again to start my Christmas shopping. They also have things for your vehicle I got a really awesome leopard print steering wheel cover for $4 I found the same one at O'Reilly's for 15 so you do the math lol also they have hair care body care shampoo and conditioner everything that you would need for your house and for personal care I can go on and on about this place but I will be writing a book LOL need I say more definitely...

I've been to Ollies three times. During the second visit the cashier talked me into joining the points club. She mentioned the discounts and other benefits, one of which was because everything is tired to the rewards account, if you ever need to return anything, you can do it without a receipt. Also, there is a huge sign near the registers that speaks to their business philosophy of customer service including returns. Just bring it back it says, we'll make it right. One of the things we purchased was a pair of garden boots. They were made of rubber, my wife tried them on, liked them and bought them. She wore them the next morning. The tops of both ripped as she walked around and they hurt her feet after about 10 minutes. So on Monday after work, I went to return them. The very sassy lady at the register accused me of lying, that there was no way they were brand new. She also told me that she didn't know would have told me I could return things without a receipt that that was absolutely not true. We saved the receipt but left it at home on the way out the door going to work. I so angry I decided I would rather take the $20.00 hit on the shoes rather than go into that hell hole again. The lines are slow, the place is a disaster, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Sure, they have cheap prices on stuff but no thank you. I felt...

The cashier was extremely rude to me while I was there with my newborn baby. Otherwise a good store with great bargains. But that cashier ( young girl with dark hair and glasses) upset me so much. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if I was alone but she was so disrespectful while my baby was crying and I just wanted to leave. One of my candy bars had the wrong sticker sku and was rung up as $27. I saw the receipt as I walked out and realized the mistake. I politely told her what happened. She said "I'll take care of it. It had the wrong sticker." I was fine with that. However she kept taking several customers and when I asked if she could take care of me and let me leave she repeated very rudely " I need to keep the line moving." She did not mention a manager until I asked to see one because she made me angry at that point. When the manager came out to give me my refund she tried to get the manager to something for another customer before me!! And then when I got with the manager to get my refund I complained about the employee and the manager said "she's not allowed to give refunds." Had this employee told me from the start that a manager had to come and take care of it I would not have said another word. But she didn't say anything about a manager until I asked to see one.
