Went in to purchase a vape pod for my Vaporesso XROS mini 3 and a bottle of vape juice like I have several times in the past. Everything went well at first. Told me the 3ml 0.4 OHM vaporesso pod I purchased would work in my vape unit. I left with my items, filled up my new pod and had a bit of a hard time getting it to fit in my vape but I was able to. I took one drag, everything is good. Took a second drag and all I was getting was air. Tried it several more times and the same thing. I put my old pod back in and it worked just fine. So I went back with the new pod Matt sold me and tried to explain what was going on and even demonstrated it with the new pod and old pod. He tried to tell me that the new pod I just purchased from him was my old pod and my old pod was the new pod he just sold me. He then proceeded to say I’m not playing this game with you. I tried to explain to him he was wrong and that mistakes happen I just wanted to exchange it for the correct pod. He was not having it. Raising his voice at me telling me I was lying and he knows what he sold me and that he didn’t sell me the wrong product. Then proceeded to yell at me saying he will just refund my money. After asking him several times to pull up the receipt so he can see he didn’t sell me my old pod and showing him the filter color on my old pod vs the new pod and how it showed that my old one was dirty and the new one was not. He then changed his story and said he sold me the new pod (obviously) but that he didn’t sell me the wrong one. I said fine, but it doesn’t work I just showed you that. He said I’ll just refund you, I said why go through all that when all I wanted to do was swap it for the correct pod. In which he finally just gives me a new correct pod. After going to the vaporesso website the pod he sold me is in fact not compatible with my vape. He was extremely rude and aggressive right from the beginning. I am newer to delta 8 and delta 9 and THCA and I had some questions regarding how these might affect me as I had previously had one of these variations and it has caused awful headaches. Even though Zoe was very polite, she did not quite know how to explain nor warn that THCA is more likely to cause worse headaches on some people, and that’s precisely the strand I ended up buying $60 worth (it was on sale for $50) and I trusted that I had made a solid quality choice (after being told it was one of the best sellers and that it would not cause headaches). I bought it, took it home and after 20 mins of smoking the stuff I had AWFUL MIGRAINES. I asked worker how much for item? Being from out of town I want to enjoy my vacation and not waste time to find a crazy price she refused to give me price even after explaining the situation to her she refused. So to be honest if my first encounter has an issue then most likely I will have more. I'm displeased because I am now going to travel 6 miles further to purchase my pod from Puffs tobacco because not only did he quote price, he also immediately said I hold it till you get here I don't want you to travel for nothing and waste vacation time.
