My complaint is not so much with the business as the product. In Oct of 2019 I purchases a Hotpoint Washer and a Hotpoint Dryer. I had Cazine's order these for me. So I can't really blame them. My warning is to anyone considering buying these Hotpoint products. 20 years ago I purchased a Hotpoint Washer and Dryer when I lived in Utah and thought I would buy this same company product since I had been happy with the ones I bough in 1994. BUT that was a bad decision. They are horrid. The washer is not just loud it is extreme. I can't hear the TV even if I am sitting 6 feet from it and I live in an apartment so there is nowhere to go to get away from it. But what is worse is that it chews up my clothes. I have clothes that with in one or two washes look old and I have even ruined things I have washed it in. The loud noise is horrid but ruined clothes, blankets, etc runs costly. The Dryer is not 'as noisy' but the LINT! it's everywhere, literally everywhere. When I open the door it falls out on the floor so I am constantly cleaning my floor. It's all over the inside of the door and the area where the lint filter is, oddly there's usually very little in the actual lint collect. There's lint in the area between the dryer barrel and the lint collector which I haven't yet figured out how to get to it to clean it out. The worse yet is the lint that covers my clothes. No matter what I wash, how I wash it, there is lint everywhere. I blame the washer the lint is because it is chewing up everything I wash, but the dryer doesn't seem to really pull all of it off. I am now always covered in lint. It falls on my carpet as I wear the clothes or fold them, it's in my bedsheets, it is everywhere. It sounds like some people have had good luck with this product but if I were you I would really take to heart those who don't like it. I almost can't wait till it breaks down so I can get rid of it. WASTED MONEY! Don't go cheap and buy this! Cazin's wouldn't take it back but then my husband didn't push it and we did ask them to get it for us, it wasn't...

The key did not work and I was told by the manager Marc that because it wasn't one of their keys that they would not do anything to correct their mistake, but I am free to pay them $200 for one of their keys.
This is akin to extortion, imagine if you took your car to the mechanic to change a part that you provided only to get a call saying they accidentally dropped the part and ruined it but if you'd like you can pay him twice as much for one of his parts or come get your vehicle and just be out the time and money already invested.
I know they operate in a small town so it makes it easier to get away with extorting people who don't have many other options but the way this was handled was unacceptable. Corporate complaint filed, BBB...

What lost them our business was the fact that they charge $40 just to run an application. Why do you need $40 to run an application when you arenāt checking my credit? On top of that, if items arenāt paid off in the 90 days the interest rates are sky high. They offer Brand Source through Citi Bank, but in order to use them, you have to agree to robo calls and automated dialing (all stated on the application). This shouldn't even be a thing and when I brought it up to the store clerk he didn't care and was very dismissive about it.
