Check your product expiration dates it might be expired additionally a lot of it doesn't even have one so who know how long it's been on the shelf. Store is dimly lit so some things are difficult to read in low light with older eyes. I saw them stocking when I was there last and they weren't rotating stock. What very few prices that are listed on the shelf are probably wrong. Very few products have price tags, and there are few on the shelves so you are just guessing at what you are spending. I bought one product the shelf said $13.99 which was high to begin with and when I looked at the receipt it was 19.99 and that's insane. When you checkout there is no display of the prices on the customer side, so you don't even know what you paid until they give you a total and receipt. Sadly all of these things caused me to stop shopping there. I like to keep my money local but that has its limits and I like the fact they have a lot of product I need, but I'm not going to play guess the price and hope it's not expired when I'm there. I'll just go back to ordering online from other places so I know what I'm paying. Product prices should be displayed and kept up to date and remove expired product from the shelf. That's seem rather basic. Sorry Aihua I...
Read moreI went shopping today, an item’s price tag said 1.99, but turn out to be more than three dollars when I was checking out. I told him the price was supposed to be 1.99, then they told me it was an old price tag. This is not the first time that I feel uncomfortable shopping here. I bought a jar of kimchi a while back, I went home and opened it right away, it was already spoiled. I went to there to told them about the situation, the first thing they said to me was they have sold over 1000 jars of this kimchi and there was no problem at all, and refused to refund me. I really don’t like their attitude, and the price overall is more expensive than China Market anyway. I will never...
Read moreI do like the Aihua market. Mostly I buy snacks there. Dried cuttlefish (squid , Saka Ika), or similar fish. Or vegan foods from India. Although I have bought some canned foods also.
I've never eaten in the restaurant, so I can't rate it. It is also not the stores fault that I only read or speak (US) English 🥴.
Reviewer, Tenshi, have you ever rated anywhere over 1-star (B4 this posting)? Reviewer, Yuan "LIN", have you ever shopped elsewhere? Even stinking Walmart doesn't like to reveal prices on shelves. Both of you would even 1-star the Saraga (Westside) store in Indianapolis.
All my years of purchasing goods from Aihua, have been of decent quality and...
