Office Depot — Local services in Evansville

Do not buy any Ink from office depot on greenriver rd because they do not give out refunds if the ink is dry. I spent over 70.00 dollars for ink to put into my printer. The same day tried to refund it or trade it in for another package of ink and they would not help me at all. I had to call epson and it took me over 3 hours on the phone to send in what they was asking for and take pictures of everything just to get ink replace. Then when they mail my ink out it was only 3 colors that i receive still waiting on the black ink which they dont have in stock yet. And i had to go elsewhere and print off copys and pay for them because i didnt have enough black ink left. That is bad business for the public. That office depot is so petty to think people is lying about ink. When they just spent 70.00 dollars. I didnt want a refund i just wanted replacement of my ink. Its better to order your ink online also because it is cheaper and uou can save 10.00 dollars or more then messing around with office depot. The female manager is terrible with a nasty attitude. GOD DONT LIKE UGLYNESS I AM A OLD 63 YEAR OLD LADY THAT IS VERY HONEST AND DIDNT DESERVE HER TREATMENT BUT THE MEN ARE VERY NICE AND COULD NOT GO OVER HER . I WONDER WHAT ELSE YOU CANT RETURN IF SOMETHING AINT RIGHT I WILL NOT EVER DEAL WITH THAT STORE ON GREENRIVER RD. ALL THEY WILL TELL YOU IS TO CONTACT EPSON. AND I HAD MY RECEIPT AND BROUGHT IT BACK 1 HOUR AFTER I PURCHASE IT. Upon completing my purchase my debit card would not work in their card machine. After several attempts I asked if manually entering the card could be done. I was told they can not enter cards manually but we tried another register and it would still not work. I was told that something must have been wrong with my card. I doubt that because I had just used to at another retail place earlier and all was good and there is plenty of money on the card to make the purchase. Instead of checking to see if the machine was having problems the employee said sorry but your cards not going to work. It would beep like it was taking it but the register screen didn’t show it so I feel it was not my card but something with their system. I went to purchase gas afterwards and it worked fine. My point is that they need to have the ability to manually enter cards when there is a problem instead of possibly...

If you are lucky enough to get Leah or Alex for associates to help you out in the store, your experience will be awesome! I went in with a need to print and assemble 15 books (46 pages each) for a class I was scheduled to teach later that week. The details for the print job were complex. I was treated kindly, the print details were done perfectly, and listen . . . I received a call that same day, that my 15 books were ready to pick up! Office Depot is awesome! The Evansville store has a very friendly and helpful staff and I recommend asking for Leah or Alex who were all smiles on a difficult deadlined project!
