Casa Fiesta Mexican Restaurant -East side — Restaurant in Evansville

I was on the east side craving some tacos today so I stopped by El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant Evansville. My normal spot was closed today unfortunately. 😞 That being said, I was very impressed with their Tacos and overall ambience. By the way in Los Angeles do you know what we call street tacos? Tacos! Lol.

So I had their Asada, Al Pastor and Carnitas. All super flavorful. I really really liked their Carnitas. Even their rice and beans were fantástico. You would be surprised how many Mexican places I’ve been to in Evansville, where their rice and beans were flavorless. I mean how do you mess up rice and beans? Anyways… this is my second time trying them and wow. Impressed. Even their salsa for the chips was thick. I get tired of places serving tomato sauce water. And I didn’t even have to ask for chunky salsa to get it. lol.

As for full service full bar Mexican restaurants this place was really good. They have definitely earned a spot on my top six list of best Mexican restaurants in town. New owners, new management. Also there is a fun bar vibe with all the bar games, pool tables ect....

The customer service is great the servers are very kind and thoughtful of you.The food takes about 10 minutes to make and comes out nice and warm and the food melts in your mouth.They always check up on you to make sure you don't need a refill or more food the servers are so polite.They are also very clean I've never seen a restaurant as clean as El Mariachi in my life.I highly recommend eating here it has cheap prices that are affordable and the food is always warm and delicious.And the prices here beat the prices at other Mexican restaurants such as Hacandas,Los Bravos and so on this is the cheapest restaurant with real Mexican food that is good quality and delicious,so come and...

This place is DEFINITELY a must try for everyone! If you enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine, I highly recommend you try this joint. I ordered something off of the menu I couldn't even pronounce but it was delicious. I'm probably spelling it wrong but I'm going to try so you can order it too! (Mole macejete) I'm sure it's spelled wrong but, it's steak, shrimp and chicken in some sort of lava bowl with potatoes and cactus in a very VERY flavorful sauce.
