Nikris Plaza I — Local services in Evansville

I walked straight in no wait. Filled my. bowl with raw veggies, noodles, and meat added sauces of choice. Went to the next room to watch my meal be cooked on open grill. Mine was a to go order so it went into a box instead of on a plate. I went back to the buffet, grabbed a dessert, and checked out. This is one of the very few buffets which I will go to. Because in general most buffets are not kept up to my cleanliness and appearanc standards....

My favorite place to eat in Evansville. I've been eating at Charlie's back when it was on diamond. I can't recommend this place enough. You can get so much food if you know how to stack a plate(or bowl). Enough for food while you eat there and some for left overs. Absolutely love this place and Charlie...

Food was good, my first time there, the only thing i didnt like about it was, i had no idea what kind of sauce to use, wish you had a way to sample the flavors...
