Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to share my appreciation for the fantastic service I recently received at Target. On February 11th, I had the pleasure of visiting your store, and I wanted to let you know about the excellent experience I had.
During my visit, I was helped by Georgene, who went above and beyond to assist me with finding the items I needed. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I truly felt like she cared about helping me, and it made the whole experience much better than I expected.
In addition, I was impressed by how well-organized everything was. The store was clean, easy to navigate, and the service was fast, which made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. I can tell that Target focuses on making its customers feel valued, and it really shows in the way you train your staff.
I also wanted to mention that your checkout process was smooth and quick, which made my visit even better. The attention to detail and the extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction are clear signs of a company that takes service seriously.
I will definitely continue to shop at Target, and I have already told my friends and family about the wonderful experience I had. Please extend my thanks to Georgene and the rest of the team for their hard work.

   Read moreAssociates everywhere, but not one offered to help or at least say hello to us. Two associates nearly ran me over with their freight cart. The first person was both at fault because we were turning corner of the back racetrack near seasonal/pet area, and they apologized and didnât mean too. The second associate down abit near the plates/bowls area was talking with another coworker and the second person said âwatch outâ to her and she just laughed instead. Neither of those two girls apologized. I had to immediately turn and cross pathway almost running myself into a middle display rack instead of getting ran over by worker pushing freight cart thing...we walked by other associates including by the electronics and no one said hi to us. the check outs only had three registers open plus self check out. Every thing had a long line of about six or more people in each line. They finally opened three more registers after we already about 8 minutes at the very least. Idk how long we really were because I didnât check the time at first, till after awhile standing and not moving. Finally another register took us and didnât even offer us a credit card or bag our items, also didnât want to hand us our receipt. She said we could grab it if we want it. And turned to next customer behind us. I understand this pandemic but she didnât even thank us or anything. No one apologized to us about long wait in line or ask if we found everything...
   Read moreThey told my father about ebay scams along with email scams as he was checking out. He told them not to proceed with the sale til it was confirmed on who requested the $1500 dollars worth on ebay cards. They went ahead and proceeded with the sale even while he was on the phone still getting information on it. They still will not give back his money even though he told them repeatedly not to proceed with the sale, the cashier is not in any trouble, they told us it was our problem, won't correct it, and now we don't know if we can get our bills met. This is not the first time we have got scammed by them. They need to make this right esp since he had fallen, broken his hip, was on a heart monitor and all, argued with him, and he was only there for that reason. He told them repeatedly to not proceed with the sell, and they did anyways. That is their fault not his that they did not listen to him.They should be very ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of an elderly, injured man like that then causing him stress and everything else. Now we got to worry and stress even more now over things because if they don't make this right, bills won't be met, and things are going to go very badly for the household. SHAME ON YOU TARGET!! I would give them a 0 rating, but it will not...
