COLD STONE ICE CREAM is located in this complex. My husband and I have frequented it many times in the past. However, we have had some bad experiences with the take-home containers not being filled. On our last visit, we purchased 2 of the largest containers to take with us, and when we were paying, I asked if the containers were full. We were told that they were completely full. When we reached our vehicle, we took the lids off, and they were far from being full. We took them back into the store and asked that they be corrected, and they just started to fill them with plain ice cream instead of the coffee lovers that we had just paid for. So then it was necessary for us to ask that they be filled with the Coffee Lovers that we had paid for instead of plain ice cream. Finally, a young man apologized and made the correct mixture to fill the containers as it should have been done the first time. I took it back in and said something. one of the girls kept snaping at me and told me that's the way it made! The stores are great a diverse group and though some employees can ruin your visit, but that happens anywhere you deal with people.
