Absolutely Terrible....starting with the so called top shelf Rita which was nothing more than a small glass of sugary mixer and ice with a splash of tequila for $9.50 and was indistinguishable from the much larger house Rita for $5 my friend had. Tasted exactly the same...neither was good. Ordered the bloomin onion which was swimming in so much grease it was barely edible and when I asked the server about it she said thats the way it always was. We did eat about half of it needing the salt kick to help balance out the diabetes inducing margaritas. This was regretted later. The Alice Chicken was a small chicken breast, salty and dry as could be and that remained mostly untouched. It was served with some strange, milky white sugary sauce that was unidentifiable to me as a condiment or even food at all. On the bright side my dog got to eat my Alice Chicken later at home but I've seen him eat cat poop before with more enthusiasm. The bill for this disaster was nearly $90.00...thats pretty high for margarita mixer and dog food.

So it started out good and then we got our waitress and that's when it whent down hill if it wasn't for the manager we would have had a bad time he saved our dinner and for that I give him a 5 star review but for the waitress she forgot our straws and then forgot our appetizer she brought them out late she also forgot our bread and brought that out with our food. She then brought our food and didnt ask to cut the steaks to check if they were cooked right and didn't bother coming back to check up on how the food was. I had to ask another waitress if I can get a different steak because mine was cooked wrong then she forgot our steak sauce and then asked if we wanted to go boxes and then forgot to bring them and to top everything off when she brought our checks she circled the tip suggestion part which to some that is verry unprofessionall. The food was really good but Destiney needs more waitress traing.

I came to do a custody exchange and didn’t think much about going out to eat by myself. But decided to sit down instead of ordering to go. I’m so glad I did. Right away I was greeted as soon as I came in by a sweet older gentleman. I was seated right away in the booth by the door and the server took my drink order immediately after he introduced himself. I was given plenty of time to decide on what I wanted without being rushed. My food came out promptly an no other words could describe it other than perfect. Everything was cooked just right and flavor was amazing. I sent my husband a picture and he got a little jealous. Honestly the best service I’ve ever had at an Outback Steakhouse. The server even was checking on me and talking to me because I was by myself. I highly recommend eating here.

I’m normally a very fair person when it comes to talking about pro’s and cons of a restaurant however this is one place I will steer very clear of in the future.

I came with a friend to grab a quick bite for lunch and this turned in an hour and a half fiasco. Once seated our waiter greeted us with bread and a drink request and all was well. However, our waiter was not seen for 10-15 minutes dropping off our drink. He came back and refilled our drinks then and took our appetizer request. Things were well, except we didn’t see him again for 10 more minutes in which both our drinks had been depleted again. 10 mins later he returned again to take our order and express that the appetizer was coming out shortly.

He did not lie about that, the food was brought out by the manager to the wrong table. The manager also expressed that they were out of ketchup, how do you get to that point? Anyways, the waiter( even if very slow was the one bright spot) informed us that the manager had given the food to the wrong table. And that we would get the next blooming onion.

However, during this time an employee stormed out of the back shouting explicative words at the manager on duty as she walked out.

10 minutes after that our blooming onion finally came. 40 minutes into our experience we had finally received our appetizer. The appetizer was mediocre at best. The onion was very very thick, contrast to the usual in the appetizer. And after all these experiences the manager did not return to address any customers that had been waiting or checking on them. Overall seemed like poor management with very unhappy workers.

Our total time allotted in the restaurant exceeded an hour and a half. This is the first restaurant I say that I will not give a second chance, and will steer any other friend clear...

Arrived at about 1:30 pm on 6/19/23 and didn't even get service after sitting for over 15 minutes. Two different tables sitting on either side of us were complaining to us. They were almost ready to leave and were talking to us. One guy said he got his bill before he even got their food and the other said it took them forever to get service. Both said very slow service. There were six dirty tables just in our section and they were playing loud pop music which I like, but my older parents are in their '80s do not. We asked them three times if they could turn it down before they did and a couple sitting next to us said they had made the same request with no result. We eventually left because even though there was a waitress in the area who hadn't even spoken with us and literally three people cleaning one table, nobody ever even took our drink order. It's unfortunate as we had a great experience at the same location on February 9th. We don't know if it was a entirely different management or employees or what but we will never go here again. The employees did not seem to have any interest in their customers and I'm not quite sure what they were spending their time doing. The restaurant was not busy at all and I would estimate it was maybe 15% full. As far as I'm concerned, the manager that was working that day should be fired as he or she was not...

Absolutely appalled at the experience we had here tonight. We were there for over an hour and didn't get anything more than our drinks, bread, and appetizer. Our server came to our table in tears at one point. We were told by more than one person working that the kitchen was completely dysfunctional and the person on the grill was cursing and yelling at everyone. When we asked to talk to a manager about this, we were told that it WAS the manager behaving this way. We eventually asked to speak with him and he denied everything to our faces. We'll be contacting the franchise partner and corporate.

I sincerely hope that man reads this: Be better. Stop abusing the staff who are actually showing up in the middle of a pandemic-induced labor shortage. Everyone's trying to earn their livelihood but no job is worth abuse. Every person there could find a new job tomorrow in this shortage. Your actions have consequences; you've lost a longtime customer at this location for as long as you're employed there. We have spent considerable money in Outback takeout and delivery during this pandemic and have only recently felt comfortable enough to dine in anywhere. This was our first attempt in months and we won't be back because of how you're treating...
