I have been a loyal customer since the beginning of this establishment, and this is why I would like to share my experiences. CFA Cross Pointe location pre COVID, hands down 5 stars. CFA Cross Pointe location today with the quality of served food and cleanliness of the restaurant inside has seen better days. Sharing an experience of receiving a wrong order via carryout or delivery is frustrating. When you have to share an experience because there is plastic or paper in your food is definitely a whole other level of experience! So, how would you expect a manager to handle that customer's experience? Not how my experience was handled! This was an order I placed in the drive-thru. Waited as others behind me were getting their food faster than I was. Which caused me to hold the drive-thru's lineup. After receiving my food, I pulled around to the customer takeout parking. Immediately, I felt the lightness of the container and was disappointed as the quantity did not feel or look normal than any other time I've ordered a chicken breakfast bowl. I placed the salsa that comes with the breakfast bowl along the top and took a bite. As I started to chew, I felt something weird, like wax paper with that bite. I immediately spit it out, and it was paper!! I took the food back into the restaurant. A manager asked, as if I was bothering her with a valid complaint. How could she help me? I showed her the paper, and she took the bowl and said to the kitchen staff that she needed a breakfast bowl to go stat. Afterward, she goes to the back and doesn't return. An employee hands me the new bowl without a bag, utensils, napkins, or sauce. No refund was issued. No apology was given, and not even their famous " my pleasure" was spoken. I believe the owner, Rich, would truly be disappointed in how his restaurant is being run. Especially after reading reviews that this is not the first time in recent months that the food has had plastic or paper in it. I definitely will not be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you love chicken, this place is for you. They have fried chicken sandwiches and a grilled chicken sandwich . Salads and soups as well. Although, this visit was not good. It is usually busy but it was not busy at all. There were actually more employees than guests. The front counter girl who took our order was preoccupied. She would rather talk to her co- worker than take our order. She would stop taking our order to talk with her. Then turn back to us and want to know what we wanted. Very rude! Didn't ask us what sauces we would like. Another co-worker twice told her to take our order as we were just standing there being ignored. Needless to say, our order was not correct. An order of fries was left off. And the fry we did get was cold. The sandwiches were fine. The "help" kept walking back and forth to the restroom. I know at least 8 to 10 workers went by our table and some 4 or 5 times each. Don't know what was going on?? When I went to get a tea refill. I stood there for a bit while workers just looked at me or talked with each other. Finally, a girl told a guy to get my refills. We were never once told, "My pleasure." My suggestion is avoid the east side Chick-fil-A go to the WEST Side Chick-fil-A -- it is much better. It's definitely a "PLEASURE" ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a weird one. I have never had Chick-fil-A breakfast before. There was no wait in the drive thru so that was good. I pulled up to order and the lady stopped me before I reached the menu board. As a first time breakfast customer this sucked. I'm not going to ask her what they have, I'm not going to download the app, and I'm not going to pull forward and read the menu board then back up to tell her what I want. So I just said the safe thing and ordered 2 chicken biscuits. She asked if I wanted those as meals and having no idea what makes a meal and too frustrated to ask, I decline and just get the 2 biscuits. I paid cash and she acted annoyed and waited a while before counting my 14 cents change. I then pull ahead and see the menu board and regretted my order as I really wanted the spicy chicken biscuits. I pulled around and almost instantly got my food. The chicken was soggy and the biscuits were chewy. Would not recommend. I know this is wordy for something that doesn't seem like a big deal to most, but it just wasn't a good experience, except for the lady that brought out my food. She was super fast and nice. I really looked forward to breakfast this morning and was disappointed. Not sure if I'll...
