I had always been a huge fan of this place. The results were OK. But the customer service was unlike anything I've experienced anywhere else. This place has changed over the last few years, and not for the better. Was needing to get a treatment done that needed at least two hours. Never have I been rushed out like a piece of meat. When customers started coming in they decided not to ask people to come back later, but were trying to accommodate everyone with very limited staff. Sorry, but I don't appreciate being treated like a piece of meat, am more than happy to take my money someplace else and pay more if need be for better customer service. I'm financially able to go some place else, I only come here because in the past they have always done good work, I had always tipped them very generously (over $100.00) and there wasn't any problems. That has changed. There was one staff member whom I will not name, with rough hands and it was clear she was in a hurry to get me out of there so they could get to everyone. I understand what customer service is about, I have worked in a related industry for over 20 years. If it were not for this person I would not be leaving this...

Friendly skilled professionals. I got a full set and pedicure. The massage chair was nice. I was offered water. They used clear communication about prices. My feet was embarrassing until after the amazing pedicure. Feels and looks so good to have all the dead skin and calluses off my feet. The technician made sure the water temp was good and didn't make me feel embarrassed by the state of my feet. 💜🩷💚 I will be coming back & bringing my toddler as they have child prices for kids. I got to have a conversation with whom I believe may be the boss/manager; She was friendly, kind, and informative. I mentioned how I used to get my nails done but stopped cuz I broke them too soon. She let me know the best way to make the nails last the longest is to keep them vlean and dry. DRYING THEM IS KEY. I never knew this. Also they said they guarantees the nail for the first 3 days. After that it's on us for the upkeep. ❤️💚🩷💜 I suggest not waiting until a hour to closing time to walk in like I did. They are very sweet, but the lady did a horrible job on my nails...the paint was very thin and she painted them standing up while I was getting my pedicure, my pedicure was amazing. But the nails are terrible...I hate complaining and for a full set n pedicure I paid $110 with a tip.
