People are nice, cool artwork on walls. Unfortunately the last two times I went resulted in extreme illness/food poisoning that made me miss work. Prior to that I loved this place for lunch. Recently, sweet potato rolls are cold, 90% breading, old tasting. Spicy Tuna was extremely fishy, strong foul scent, and inedible. I rarely leave reviews but this was so bad that I had to. Got kani salad and chicken fried rice to-go. The kani salad was decent but the chicken fried rice was the worst I've ever had. Bland fried rice with pieces of chicken and some awful sauce dumped on top. The chicken was super rubbery and gritty. To top it off, I was charged more for both items than the menu stated. As a chain they should keep up with the standards of the other outlets. You go to one store and your order is not correct, the store front is dirty and the bathrooms are dirty and unkept. While another is clean and friendly. I can't comment on my meal because it was wrong.
