I have never written a review before, but this was the WORST MANI/PEDI I HAVE EVER RECEIVED - so I am compelled to let others know. My nail technician was super nice and professional; unfortunately, the polish was applied so thick that no amount of time or finishing spray could correct it. During my manicure I tried to alert this concern to my technician, but I could tell they were more concerned with completing my nails quickly to help the next customer. So after 10 minutes at the drying station I touched a nail and the polish smeared right off. Since the technician was preoccupied with another client, I went to the staff member who appeared to be the manager on duty and was surprised to have what appeared to be a very evident problem dismissed. The manager quietly muttered that the basic manicure never dries and without even using nail polish remover, she promptly reapplied the polish and dismissed my concern. I was shocked! Her focus was clearly on defending her technician and minimizing any rumor of a problem in a crowded salon than actually providing quality service. As soon as I got in the car, the polish on all my fingernails came right off in a sticky ball. Note this was over 20 after the polish was initially applied. When I got home, I discovered the polish on my toenails were also not dry. Now what really prompted me to make this post is that when the nail technician did my manicure, they used the nail sander to remove my cuticles instead of cutting them. I previously have only seen a nail sander used when I was getting fake nails put on. Not only was this ineffective (nail cuticles were not cleaned up), but it weakened my nails forcing me to cut them short as my nails were bending backwards AND it caused permanent damage to my nail. The attached image is from 2 weeks after the manicure and you can clearly see a dark red line from the sander. This was my first mani/pedi post COVID and a huge disappointment.

Green tea pedicure was excellent, Lisa trimmed my nails beautifully, t gel on my legs then wrapped in hot towels, the Saran wrap. A 15 minute leg and foot massage was included followed with hot stone massage. My heels were wrapped in warm pink oil. My toe nails were carefully given primer, two coats of polish, then sealer. Absolutely perfect experience! O and a back massage while my nails dried ! I will definitely by back!

I went there today for a gel manicure. The women that did my manicure left the gel nail polish all over my skin around my nails and even on my fingertips. I asked to have it removed and she brushed it with a mail fine and said I was all done. I am extremely disappointed and will never go back again.

INCREASE IN PRICE. DECREASE IN QUALITY. Wasn’t my first time here but will definitely be the last. The nail tech I had was completely unprofessional and lacking in good skills. He didn’t paint my complete nail on each finger. I made him aware of the gap that needed to be polished. And instead of fixing the problem and just adding the polish he suggested to cut all of my nails off. I agreed and away they went! I’d rather have them cut off than have spent $50 hard earned dollars on sub par work. Waste of my time and energy. Wouldn’t...

I had a disappointing experience with my recent acrylic full set service. The initial technician started the process but trimmed my nails too short when I requested an almond shape. He was unable to complete the service, so another technician took over. Unfortunately, the nails were left too thick, and the “almond shape” I asked for was not achieved. This is by far the most embarrassing set I’ve ever had, and I paid $60 for a result that didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve attached a photo for reference, though it doesn’t fully...
