Alexis arrived at the pharmacy approximately one hour late, during which time customers including myself were left waiting without access to essential pharmacy services. I witnessed a pharmacy aide making a call to their supervisor to report the situation, clearly under pressure due to the growing line and concerns from patients. While the aide was on the call, Alexis arrived and made a dismissive comment regarding the waiting customers, stating, "They just have to wait." This comment, relayed by the lead pharmacist demonstrated a troubling lack of empathy and professionalism, particularly given that some patients were waiting for important medications and services. I also understand from the aide that this was not the first time this type of behavior had occurred. When I respectfully voiced my concern about the dismissive nature of her comment, Alexis responded in a condescending and provoking tone, saying, “I’m sorry you're so upset, let it all out.” Rather than acknowledging the impact of her tardiness and behavior on waiting customers, she appeared to deflect and escalate the situation. I have NEVER IN LIFE wrote a review rather good, bad, or indifferent. However I found that this complainant was warranted not out of personal grievance, but out of concern for the standard of care and professionalism expected in a pharmacy setting. Patients often come to the pharmacy with urgent health needs. When I returned to retrieve cooperate number I overheard the store manger enabling her behavior stating “ she should have gone to urgent care or the emergency room” all I wanted was “ accessible and convenient quality care” that this business was...
Read moreI was at this cvs today I've been going for the past 6 yrs the wait isn't bad if you go at the right time. I went just 20 min ago to drop off prescription ( I knew this wasn't the good time) but I went anyways waited in drive thru for 40 min! Get up to the window drop off the prescription knowing it wasn't going to be filled today and was okay with that. Anyways she has to check if she has them ,same as every other time I come no biggie another 15 min pass she comes back says we don't have them aggressively shoves them out the window . It's happened before I usually get the option to leave them there they call me in about 2 days says they are ready . I asked her when they would have them in sick she says I don't know ,okay I fill her all the time . She then tells me there's nothing she can do. I inquire about meds I already have there and she acted like she didn't hear me abs walked away. This isn't my first encounter with her I don't know her name but she has a thick accent. She's rude everytime I get the pleasure of having her serve me. I normally don't do things like this but needed cvs management( if there is any ) to be aware to pull her...
Read moreI have been using this pharmacy for over ten years. I completely understand that service will not always be immaculate and I’m not expecting that. But never has my prescriptions been ready when I have been promised that it would be ready. I dropped off my prescriptions over an hour and a half ago. I was told it would be ready in an hour. Upon my arrival and after waiting in while for more than 20 minutes. I just knew that there would be an issue. Sure enough, it was….The clerk walks away to inquire about my prescriptions after she did not see it in the bin. Now there are two looking for my prescription only to find out that it wasn’t there. I was told that it was not yet ready and it would take 20 minutes. The pharmacist then decides to begin working on my prescriptions. No apology, no acknowledgement, not even eye contact from the pharmacist. I pray that they never have to wait in discomfort and pain for something that essentially was done in less...
