Family Dollar — Local services in Fairburn

I don’t understand this location. I’ve been here maybe 5,6 times and the times I’ve gone are spaced out usually a week in between however no matter when I go to this location it always looks as if the store is about to be shut down because there’s nothing on the shelf.

I understand the store being short stocked during the pandemic on tissue and certain items but for the most part every aisle outside of the food is the same; everything is either knocked over or missing and the staff doesn’t seem to even care.

They sell items that work is if something has spilled over on them and they still just sitting on the shelf instead of putting them in the damages are selling them for a reduced price no one wants to buy sticky cleaning supplies.

Overall, location needs to do better. Sadly I usually only see establishments like this in a predominantly black neighborhood and it really needs to come to a stop. I don’t understand why locations are not being...

This store is never organized! The employees are unprofessional and after speaking with the store manager I see why she’s very unprofessional and rude!

For any reason you have to do a refund make sure your looking at your receipt 🧾! They are charging you for the item instead of doing the actual return and when making them aware they give you this 1866 number that you can’t get a human on the phone! I’ve had to file a claim against them and report to my bank. It’s a shame that we have these places in our neighborhood/ community and they can’t get it together!
