By far the worst CVS location to patron. No professionalism, customer service skills, urgency, medication and policy discrepancies and barely any employees available when you need them. Yet, I've roughed it out for years because it's the closest to my house but today I've had it. After being in the hospital and arriving to the pharmacy to receive my medication, I was met with a nasty condescending attitude from Jasmine at the window.
It was a very simple fix and something that was not major. The issue at hand was change from my transaction, I gave her an overage of and received a change shortage. I was meticulous in what I did because I knew I had another stop and would need a $5. ($5.02) (This is a very common thing when handling money) Nonetheless, I received a shortage in change ($4.97). I expressed to her that why I did what I did and she was very combative agreeing that I gave her exactly what I said but when she typed it in the system that what it said give back. IVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE THE COMPUTER GOT CHANGE WRONG BUT OKAY. We rehashed the overall point again and she very nonchalantly and nice nasty says I can give you a dollar if that's what you want, to which I oblige. I waited on her to retrieve it but I watched her demeanor through the window - nonchalant, no accountability, rolling her eyes while laughing,etc. she comes back and I add the extra 3 cent (because whose to say she didn't take it out of her own pocket, my purpose was not to get over on anyone) and I drove away. I called the store to speak with the manager about her demeanor 3 times. First call I was placed on hold after speaking with another young lady and awaited the pharmacy manager. Then the call ended 3 minutes into holding. I called again and was met with either her or Jasmine, letting them know I was waiting to speak with the manager, they began to pry about my reasoning for speaking with him, after I gave a short answer. I was met with another hold that has ended since starting this review. I called back and miraculously it just rang.
It's clear the lack of professionalism, respect and accountability the staff has stems all the way from management. No one with her condescending attitude should be working in any pharmacy let alone the window. I came straight from the hospital, sick and in pain, with a sick child asleep in the backseat and was met with apathy and disregard. I WILL NOT BE COMING GIVING THIS LOCATION ANY OF MY BUSINESS, and the *owners should be appalled at how their staff govern themselves and the business.

   Read moreMost incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Paid for a rapid test - was told the usual time frame for getting my results. After about 6 hours of nothing, I call back and am told it’ll take 24 hours…why? Then I call the next day and nothing. It takes almost 48 hours to get a rapid test done which makes no sense.
Needed an RX yesterday. My partner went up there and was told they’d be ready in about 40 mins, so he waits. Then they tell him only one was ready and the second one they don’t have. Mind you the second one was most important. So I go back up there myself today and it’s still not ready because now they don’t have an insurance on file. Why wasn’t I made aware yesterday??? Why is it not filled?? For a $20 medication. So I tell them to just let me pay out of pocket and I end up waiting 2 hours for this one mediation that I should’ve had yesterday. I get told the wait would be 10 mins, then they go to lunch - cool I get it. Then they come back and the girl at the window says it’s still not ready. Another 15 mins. I’m here overall about 2 hours.    Read moreI was on the phone for 37 mins just waiting for someone to just pick up the phone and acknowledge the face that the phone was ringing I remained on the phone and walked in the cvs towards the pharmacy to see a line yes they was busy.... but in 37 mins not to pick up the phone and say please hold say something just something not one staff answered the phone and I watch Alexis 4 time press buttons on the phone and silence it before it started to ring again I stated hey someone what's to answer that she say I'm busy I said ok you could have at least picked up the phone and the phone is STILL RINGING she continues on to what she was doing the cashier asked me name dob and address out loud for me to help her look up my son and my medication I said it needs to be ready and filled the cashier stated it's not here I don't see it I said this is why the phone needed to be answered to save a trip so i was Finally able to speak to the pharmacist and she search for my medication and told me to give her about 30 minutes but please do not forget that I still had the phone ringing and no one continue to answer...
