I stepped into this placed on a Friday to mail out. I checked prices online through the carrier first before arriving, Both UPS and FEDEX for shipping cost. This business put all information in, weighed my envelope that was 2oz. And said my price to get it there on Monday was $320. This cannot be denied because I took pictures of it because I knew it was outrageous and this is not the first time Iāve shipped and think Iāve been over charged. This is exactly why I took the photo for further action.. anyway the girl asked another coworker was the price correct because i complained and it was COMPLETELY wrong. The price I end up paying was $62. I would have drove my package 6 hrs away for $320 myself. Please guys!!!!! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE STEAL FROM YOU. Do your research.. The money probably would have went straight into the owners pockets! Again I took pictures and have proof!

This is in response to the manager that responded to my review calling me a liar. Please speak to your staff to get the CORRECT information. If I could figure out how to post the video recording after I seen your prices, I would. However I will attach them to social media. You will soon be able to search for it. The picture is ONLY showing UPS because your staff and I were going through all services and this is the service we INITIALLY spoke about. Your staff waited until another worker finished with her customer and asked her if the prices were CORRECT. The Second Lady said NO, which means your staff had input something WRONG. And like I mentioned this is not the first time. HOWEVER THE FIRST TIME I ACTUALLY PAIDā¦ā¦. So thatās why I looked it up before entering into your business, so I would not be taken advantage of again⦠which I ALSO HAD BEEN, if I didnāt do my research PRIOR!!! I expected you to reply and try to make it seem like I was lying, I have reviewed your previous replyās to others that have poorly rated you.. you have also called them a liars⦠which honestly do not make you look good! You are a black business, so I support. But your response, calling me a liar is insane. As I stated⦠SPEAK WITH YOUR STAFF. This is something you should have done before responding to me. Your response should have simply been apologizing for your staff mistake. Learn how to run a business and respond like a BUSINESS OWNER And not a MAD BLACK WOMAN. AGAIN The ups pICTURES I TOOK, were simply because I told your staff that I researched the UPS prices before arriving and the prices were not that HIGH! AGAIN, she responded that those are the prices. She proceeded to look into other options (which yes, make your statement correct) but they were just as high.((( This doesnāt justify the time/date I was sending out.. you can clearly see how things are not adding up⦠The time I needed it there by and the time the picture shows verse the price i actually paid.. ARE NOT ADDING UP)) She then AGAIN. Turned around to ask the other girl and the girl told her she did something wrong⦠Why would I lie about ALL OF THIS. Now, thatās crazy. I also had a business envelope that I needed to send by standard mail, along with getting copy of my driver's license printed out to go inside the business envelope. The agent that helped me with making sure my priority mail was sent first was fine. On the other hand the documents that was placed in the business envelope with the copy of my license to send by standard mail was never received from the company that was expecting them. Now I understand that the mail had already been picked up for this day. I ask the agent if I could leave it with her and would she put it in the mail for the next day. Because it was a prepaid business envelope that did not require a stamp nor did I need to pay to have it sent to the company that was expecting to receive it. The agent told me that it will be fine I will make sure that it goes with the other mail the next day when the mail carrier comes to delivery the mail.Here it is Dec 02, 2024 the business company called to say that they have not received those important documents from me that they have been waiting for. My reply was they were supposedly been sent on Nov 21, 2024. So I called up to 5 Star Shipping to inquire about the envelope I ask to be sent out with the mail the next day as I was told it would be by the agent. The response I was given well you know it could take up to 14 days for them to receive it because of the holidays and mail is running behind. My reply was it went out on the Nov 21, 2024 it was only going to Birmingham Alabama it was only documents and not to mention it was my personal information on those documents. So doing the course of my conversation with this agent I said to her if you all have misplaced them or maybe someone probably mistakenly pick them up and thrown them away just say that. What I gathered after having that conversation with the agent was that the envelope was not sent out with the mail carrier the next day and it was either push to the side and forgotten about and allegedly put in the trash. It was 9:56 a.m. Hannah was really short with me,unprofessional. that really bothered me because I've been to this stor before and the manager was phenomenal. I asked for a couple of copies and a fax of my papers. I specifically asked for black and white. But I was charged for color I noticed that when I received my total .I asked her why and she responded in a snippy way will because your papers have color on them. I said oh okay I wasn't aware that I had to pay for highlighting the title on the paper. If I was told about the charges beforehand I would have been more than willing to pay for it.So she said fine in a snippy way and rolled her eyes and said I'll charge you for the black and white and slid the paper over to me with attitude big time. Not to mention. I came into the store first and I had to wait to be serviced because she was upset. with me. And serviced another woman and had me wait. I understand that I had to wait for the fax to respond but that fax happened very quickly. I feel as if she did that out of anger. because of how she was talking to me when I asked for it to be correctioed. So I decided a couple of hours later to call the store and ask to speak to a manager. When I called I said hello Hi how are you may I ask who I'm speaking to the young lady said. Why I said because I am a customer and I just like to know who I'm speaking to she said Nikki. I said oh hello Nikki may I please speak to a manager she said what for why. I said no problem no worries have a good day and I hung up. I want to be clear that I am 100% okay with being asked how can I help you or what is the cause for wanting to speak to a manager in a professional manner. I could have addressed it accordingly but her tone and the way she spoke to me was just unruly and very unprofessional. I tried to reach out to a manager I'm sorry I had to post this review but I feel this is the only way I can get a response from my owner or someone.
