Worst Little Cesar EVER, so sick of the disrespectful and unprofessional management and staff it should be closed down IMMEDIATELY! I think it's awful to keep patronizing with companies that feel we need them in our communities so we have to deal with blatant disrespect. I don't write reviews but this one is necessary. This time around not only was it a long wait (I've learned to accept it) and my order being messed up, the manager was so rude, uncivilized and unprofessional. They messed my pizza and the manager refused to fix it. I told the cashier that I would keep 2 if she would just at least take the wrong pizza(cheese) and give me what I ordered (pepperoni). So originally it took about 45 minutes to get my order (3 pizza) 25 extra minutes to remake the messed up pizza. After waiting 25 minutes the manager comes and tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes to make a pizza that she should have been bring out to me. She claimed she didn't know so I reminded her that she is the one who said she couldn't make corrections to the 1st messed up pizza. Then she suddenly remembers and said I still have to wait an addition 20 minutes. I was over it and just wanted my money back for the pizza I was missing. I said no thank and asked for a refund for the pizza I didn't get. She said I had to return the other 2 as well if I wanted a refund (not to mention my children have been waiting in the car all this time HUNGRY SMH!) I told her I put them in the car already. Clearly no custom service or concern for people and Covid. Good customers service will not ask you to go get pizza out your car especially with the rise in Covid/Omicorn . Anyway, I was upset, I couldn't wait any longer and she still refused to give me a refund. Before, I became the angry black person to them, I called the police. However, he wasn't any help he told me he couldn't do anything because it was a civil complaint. There were a lot of things that could have happened but luckily she got me. All she had to do is a simply refund 1 pizza, instead she started ranting about how it's her store and what she wasn't going to do. Sadly the police wasn't any help either and I didn't have anymore wait in me for the sake of my children I walked away with nothing. I would love to see the day when we take our business else where and stop allowing companies to remain in business that handle our service any kind of way. The truth is they need us as much as they think we need them . I will never go there again and I would pray, if you have received horrible service you would do the same. Read moreI recently visited the Little Caesars location and had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to the behavior of an employee named Sasha. Upon entering the restaurant, I attempted to place an order with cash, as I had unfortunately forgotten my wallet at home. When I explained this to Sasha, she rudely informed me that they had no change available and insisted that I should pay with a card instead.
I found this response to be quite unprofessional, especially since Little Caesars is a business that accepts cash. Instead of providing assistance or considering my situation, Sasha became increasingly nasty and dismissive. When I asked for the manager's name and contact information to address my concerns, she told me to "Google it," all while laughing at my predicament.
When I requested to speak with the manager on duty, I was informed that no manager was present on weekends and that I would have to return during the week to discuss my issues. This lack of support and the dismissive attitude I encountered from Sasha is unacceptable.
I plan to file a corporate complaint about this incident, as I believe it's important for management to be aware of the unprofessional behavior that occurred. I hope to see improvements in customer service at this location...
Read moreArrived at the window tonight. Lady at the window with white T-Shirt on and blue jeans (no unifiorm) opens the window and says nothing, just looks at me. I ordered cheese sticks and a cheese pizza. I got a small pepperoni and a stale overcooked cheese pizza. Turned around to take it back to the register. The door is locked and the same lady gestures for me to go back to the drive through (if you see a customer coming back with your pizza boxes 15 min after the order, there's a good chance thier coming to correct a bad order. It wouldn't have killed them to at least crack the door to hear me out and get the order correction started instead of send me back through the line to wait on the 4 cars already there). Got back to the window. Same lady opens window and didn't say a word. I explain my order issue and still not a word. She just takes the boxes and tells me I have to wait 12 min.
