I SHOPPED FROM THEM FOR COUPLE MONTHS. AT FIRST THEY SEEMED FINE AND NICE, THEN I NOTICED THEY WERE PLAYING THEIR PRICES, THEY WILL RAISE THE PRICES ON TUESDAY AND THEN ACT LIKE THEY GAVE THEIR CUSTOMERS A 10% DECREASE (TUESDAY IS THEIR SPECIAL DAY WHERE THEY OFFER A 10% PRICE REDUCTIONS), THAT IS ONE THING. I WALKED INTO THE STORE IN THE LAST 15 MINUTES, THEY WERE RUDE AND THEY EVEN WERE DISRESPECTFUL WHEN THEY TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS AND TRIED TO BLACKMAIL ME BY SAYING THAT THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE WASN'T WORKING AND THE CASHIER ASKED IF I MINDED PAYING WITHOUT GETTING A RECEIPT WHICH I REFUSED AND AS A RESULT THEY CAME UP WITH THE RECEIPT AFTER GETTING THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE TO MAGICALLY FUNCTION AGAIN ALONG WITH THE REGISTER. NOW THEIR MEAT USED TO BE GOOD, AND THAT WAS WHY I DIDN'T MIND THE PRICE PLAYING THEY WERE DOING, BUT THEN THEIR MEAT WAS VERY TOUGH AND COOKS VERY HARD ( THE ONLY REASON I WAS BUYING THEIR MEAT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS HALAL ), THE BUTCHER WHO USED TO CUT THE MEAT FOR ME BECAME SO RUDE AND ACTED LIKE HE WAS BUSY OR ON A BREAK, I USED TO BUY THEIR KABOBS THEY COOKED EVERY SATURDAY AS A SPECIAL, THEY USED THEIR PITA BREAD TO MAKE THE SANDWICH, I USED TO PAY THE 10 DOLLAR FOR I LIKED IT, THE LAST TIME I WANTED A SANDWICH, THEIR BUTCHER SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE BREAD AND THEREFORE HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME THE KABOB WITHOUT BREAD(JUST MEAT), I CAUGHT HIM HAVING BREAD BUT HE WAS RESERVING IT FOR HIS BUDDIES ( TURKISH PEOPLE) , THEY WERE NOT SERVING PEOPLE ON A COME FIRST-SERVE FIRST BASIS, THEY WERE GIVING THE BEST SERVICE FOR THEIR PATRIOTS, THEY EVEN SOMETIMES WILL FAVOR SOMEONE IN THE LINE JUST BECAUSE THEY SPOKE THEIR LANGUAGE. I used to shop at Sultan while living in the area, but I moved a bit further away about eight years ago. Today, I was in the vicinity and decided to stop by and buy some chicken wings. Behind the counter, I saw Ugur, the butcher, preparing Adana Kebab skewers. I couldn’t resist trying one, and I must say, their kebab was the best I’ve had in a while. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a delicious kebab. I know Ugur has been making these kebabs for years, and I can confidently say that he’s the best in the area. But let me tell you, their kebabs aren’t just about the taste; they’re also about the experience. Ugur and his staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the shop itself is clean and well-maintained. I’m so happy that I found this place. I have been a regular customer of this grocery since it opened. But in my recent purchases, I was not satisfied with the poor quality of the products. The almond taste I bought in the last shopping was very bad. When I wanted to return it, they said it seems to us, we can't do anything about it. If you are a business owner and you are selling a product, you have to stand behind it, talking to the customer in a cocky way and blaming the customer, there is no need to cause a problem.
