This is a Nice quaint pawn shop with lots of neat stuff and antiques. Alot of classics that bring you back to your childhood. I recommend this Pawn Shop. My experience walking in the doors I was greeted and I felt very welcome by the Employees there. Two employees that stood out to me were Conny( im not sure if im spelling her name right sorry)) but she is just the absolute kind hearted sweetheart she lady greeted me with a warm smile and didnt hestitate and was instantly ready to help me with anything i needed help with. I really appreciated that she listened and displayed great customer service I didnt feel rushed like those other places do. I love family owned businesses you get a feel for genuine people . Also another person I want to hightlight is Brian he just made my whole day week month so much better and much brighter. He showed empathy for his customers and i really appreciate their business and working with me.As a single mother down on my luckstruggling, all i wanted was to get my son what he wanted for Christmas and this pawn shop had it and because of the Great Employees here they were able to help me out and i am so forever grateful for their assistance. All that matters to me is seeing my kid smiling and Happy.after all we lost he definitely deserves it.And i am so stoked to see my son open his gift on Christmas Day the gift he been wanting so badly for so long now and been bothering me non stop for me to get it for him but i could never afford it.And Now my son gets to have his Christmas gift thanks to the People at Andy’s Pawn Shop. I recommend you Go check them ou. you never know what neat surprises you may find it just might be what your looking for. They got me as a customer for life from me. Okay so one day I wanted to sell 2 of my guitars. Me and my wife walks in and I talked to one of the guys and he says oh come back tomorrow our system is down and they where gonna offer me more then what I was asking for so I said okay sure. I come back the next day and he tells me to talk to this older gentlemen and see if he would like to buy them. I stood their for 1 hour and while I was waiting he was over there talking to a customer (which by the way looked very uncomfortable because of what he was saying) talking bad about Hispanic people, saying they are a disease and they shouldn't be here and he looks at me like I agree with him even though he didn't know I was Hispanic and I wasnt trying to be in his conversation. Saying they're terrible and should be all thrown out of America which I didn't say anything cause it was his opinion I just wanted to sell my guitars. Finally the hour past he finished the customer ahead of me. I go and say I want to sell my guitars and just 2 seconds he says I don't want to buy them because they are garbage guitars even though I took care of them since i was 15 and maintained them. I got mad and said well why you didn't ask me if i wanted to sell them and made me wait 1 hour just for you to say no while your talking offensive language out loud where everyone can hear you about Hispanic people of my kind?! I just walked out and never returned. Sold my guitars online and is much better then those guys. Made my money back for how much I got them for so online is better to sell then coming to this pawn shop. Wanna hear offensive language and wait so long be my guest. The people working here we're very unfriendly not saying a word to myself or my mother when we walked in basically ignored us. the old man hanging out up front telling stories to the two behind the counter was very offensive and vulgar and talking about things that are very unprofessional I was completely embarrassed that I took my mother here. made us feel VERY uncomfortable.
