I feel so dumb to let this happen bc as the women was threading my brows, I sensed that it felt like she was threading a bit much in a way that, I swear in my head I remember thinking "this feels like she pulling too much out?" But I felt like I should trust her judgment way more than my own, right? Bc she's the professional & she does this all the time, right?" Red flag #1 she didn't even let me finish explaining to her that I wanted my brows thick & that it too long ago a totally different place, totally different person accidentally took away my arch on one side of my brows bc she threaded my right brow first & thought they both grew the same on each side (which most people's do) but not mine. So yeah she cut me off & said "no problem." Red flag # 2 she did double check with me first to mke sure she knew how I wanted them, AT ALL. I told her I had been growing them out for about 3 months. I've never been so bare. They don't look horrible but she didn't listen to me at all. I just hope that the hair on top grows back in.....The owner has always done a very good job on me for whatever service I'm getting but she wasn't there the day I finally made it before they closed. I wish I would've waited for her.........this is just a heads up for anyone else that also has a specific preference & to pay attention to the stylist and mke sure she is paying attention to what YOU ARE ASKIBG FOR. Overall its one of my favorite salons still specifically bc...

This is hands down the best eyebrow/lash location in Cincinnati! This location as well as the location in Fairfield gives superb service. I initially started to get my eyebrows tinted, but then took the chance at the permanent brow solution, and I am in love with my brows! I constantly get comments on how perfect they look,and I could not be more pleased. Romee has always made sure my eyebrows and lashes are on point! You will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a long term solution for your eyebrows, the permanent eyebrows is the way to go. It was painless and worth the investment. The shop location is clean and all of the staff are friendly and professional. Would recommend for sure.

Update: From the first session I had, that lasted for 16 months before I ever needed a retouch. I have very oily skin and even then, I could have honestly went another year before really needing them done. My touch up with Romee was painless and they look superb, like I expected.

This is my favorite spot I’ve been coming here for years , I gave the one star because the place is going down hill not because of the ladies working there , but the clients ! It’s seem like this place is becoming ghetto , it used to be a in and out service quick paced mellow environment. Now it seem like more people from the city are coming here and messing the place up . They have long waits they now have people running in and out smelling like weed asking how long when will it be their turns . Loud chatter , no seats available and I just feel upset that this place gained so much popularity that it’s becoming something that it wasn’t before . I have to find another spot but I sure will miss the owner and her...
