The employees have gotten very rude/hateful here. Visted multiple times over the last few weeks. On the self check out I scanned 2 different bar codes that were on the box. Neither was correct. Lady comes over and tells me "You've scanned too many times and none of them are right" She said it with an attitude. Guess I interpreted her leaning time. The bar code was under another bar code sticker. She produced a razor and worked for about 4 minutes to get to proper bar code. My question do I need to bring my own razor next time to get to bar code I need to be able to hand my money over. Today, went to buy riding lawn mower and a grill. When we got someone to come talk to us(10 minutes later) I showed her picture from there website and ask if they had or could get this mower. She said with attitude "yea good luck on that. There are no riding mowers in the state of Ohio" I ask how long of a back order wait was. " Don't know" She walked away. I then went to Lowes and spent $800 on a grill and looked at there wide selection of riders. I left there and went to TSC and looked at several Cub Cadets. The one I wanted was not in-stock but it will be in on Monday. Spent little over $2500.00 on that.I never left the state and seen multiple riding mowers. So Home Depot can G.F.T.S. 10am today we walk in for a few items. Grabbed a few sanding blocks and went to the blinds section. On the way we seen 7 employees in the middle isle talking about baseball. Literally 7. But only 6 were talking, the other one was playing on his phone. We asked for help and they said someone would be right over. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to help. We went back to ask them and they all moved to further back into the store. So we went to customer service. They said someone would be there. We waited 10 more minutes and someone started walking towards us. But he just walked right past us. And then when I asked if he could help, he rudely said "this isn't my section". And then told us to go back where all those guys were. I told him we already asked them and he said "well don't interrupt their break". Who takes a break in the middle of the store? So I just laid down the stuff I had and left. The rude comments from the employees at this place are enough to make me not go to Depot any more. I'd rather pay more at the local hardware than to deal with rude people. Wasted a 20 minutes drive and 30 minutes inside. Typical for this location...
Read moreHad to give myslef a few minutes to calm down before I review how awful the DELIVERY service is. We were suppose to have a refrigerator delivered last weekend, got reacheduled for the next week. Now fast forwarding to day, I took an entire day off of work be ready for delivery between 3-7. My husband gets a text stating our delivery is 2 stops away, then 10 minutes later, he got another text stating it was reacheduled (again!) For the following monday for absolutely no reason. I call and spoke to Supervisor, M.J.(This is the only reason why I gave 1 star)she was helpful enough to call the delivery service to see why because she didnt see any notes. She was very understanding and immediately offered us a discount for when/if we make a next purchase. Unfortunately, we asked our money back. We are very disappointed. This happen when we got our washer and dryer delivered last month. It was post poned for another day because of truck issues. Sounds like all of your trucks need maintenance...
