I was a regular here had no problems until today, the lady in the front definitely had an attitude… I came in earlier during a rainstorm and parked near the front (next to a handicap spot but not a handicap spot). I walk in and talk to the lady at the front desk I had an online order I handed her my ID, then I guess the security lady waited until I was about to go back just to tell me I need to move my car immediately! Basically refused to serve me and tried to talk to me like I was a child. If the parking spot was such a big deal she could’ve told me soon as I walked in, I felt discriminated against. So I walked out. Won’t be coming back. The employees here have seen me plenty of times and I thought me being a regular customer meant something but I guess not. I placed the order online and checked in my order at the store the man at the front desk said they didn’t have the product at the store, and that he would have to change my status to walk-in and I would have to pick something else. Then the security guard was EXTREMELY unprofessional and was cussing and yelling in front of all the customers in the lobby lashing out at a customer and banning him from the store for being impatient with the wait. She also let other people whom had just walked in, go ahead of a man who’d been waiting when I walked in, then when i went back to shop the attendant seemed very passive aggressive and impatient with my question. I have never had a more unwelcoming experience in any dispensary ever. This is the last time I will ever support this...

A friend of mine recently visited Story dispensary in Forest Park, Ohio and was very happy with his visit. He suggested I go check it out at 1233 Omniplex drive, Cincinnati Ohio 45204. I just went there and the group of people in the lobby were very friendly and accommodating. Once they checked my ID etc. I was led into the back room where I met Britni. She was very knowledgeable and helped me select what I was looking for. I have been to other dispensaries in the greater Cincinnati area and this one was by far the easiest to get to, less lines, better selection and lower prices.
