Y’all....I love you. You were the first chipotle in the area for us in Fairfield. You were the crowning jewel since that that dilapidated mall went out. I would come from all over just to get some of your amazing food! But now....it’s gotten bad. Not that I will ever stop eating chipotle (because I’m about as die hard as the come) but tonight I was extremely disappointed. Line service was fast. Normally is at this location. Which is great! I got the last serving of steak so that was sub par (I knew it would be over cooked after being in that 3rd pan on the bottom...not the issue) but when the girl at the end started to “attempt” to wrap my burrito....it was horrendous. I don’t get a huge amount of things in my burrito. Normal portions I’d say but if you can’t wrap you need to be somewhere else on that line. Stop sending people who squish half the toppings out when they wrap to the end of the line to wrap burritos....please for that’s good and holy!!! I work in food service and trust me I get it....more than most. Things get crazy, lines back up, people are impatient, and customers are watching your every move! But that doesn’t excuse a lack of carelessness or disregard for someone’s food presentation. If you have a cook unable to correctly perform at a station then they need to be moved or retrained to a station they can/will excel at. And I PRAY that the young lady doing the wrapping wasn’t considered the best wrapper...I’ve never asked for a new burrito for fear of embarrassing the one doing said wrapping but maybe I should start. I want to be understanding...I do! But when this continues to happen with just about every chipotle I go too...there is a problem. I know my face was scrunched in disgust as I watched my guacamole spill out onto the other side of the foil and she attempted to wrap the sides in. Once it was wrapped and misshapen she then proceeded to “shape” it into a burrito shape to make it look as if there was nothing wrong with it...but the damage was done. Please chipotle I’m begging you. Retrain your people to wrap burritos!!! This is getting...
Read moreStopped into the same Chipotle today on my lunch break, Cincy Mills Dr., that I've been coming to for a year & a half now since I've been at my company close by. I was told I was being charged for a full chicken bowl, when I ordered a 3-pointer. A young, short, Hispanic gentleman with tattoos and piercings who was working the food line attempted to get the same cashier who has been ringing me up for over a year, to charge me for a full chicken bowl. He claimed he was the manager and had been there for 3 years, even though I've never seen him before and spoken to the actual manager several times in the past. He was extremely rude, held up his own line, argued with me, told me to go to another location.
Furthermore, there were two large male customers towards the back of the line (assuming they know this kid) that started to berate me stating "Ay brah hurry up I want my food" and continued. After momentary bickering with the "manager", he then began to egg these two guys on in a means to get physical with me. I work for a Fortune 500 financial company right down the street and can promise you this; I'll simply pass the message around and get folks at my company to start going to the one off Dixie Highway because that was extremely unnecessary.
Not only was this kid in the wrong, he wasn't the manager, & was also very rude... but he attempted to egg on two other customers of whom I don't know to get physical with me? What kind of people are y'all hiring at this location....
Read moreInitial first visit was awful. Called an order in and was given a pickup time of 6:45. I arrive at 6:46 and it was not ready. I finally got my order almost 45 minutes later. I take my order and head to my car. Once in I check the bags to make sure I have everything and was missing my chips. I get out of my car and take my bags and head back inside. Show the young man the bags and my receipt that show that the chips are on the receipt and not in the bag. He goes back and I saw him put some chips in a bag and I thanked him and left. When I got home I pulled out the food and the bag of chips was so flat looking so I opened it to find maybe 12 chips in it. I had enough at this point. I called and requested to speak to the manager, that is once they decided to answer the phone. I speak to Cassidy who said she was the District manager. I explained to her what I had experienced at her location and seemed to be sorry for an aweful first time visiting that location. She apologized and offered to make things right and I appreciated that. I felt as if I was listened to, and that she was being genuine with her apology. I will have to at least give that location...
