Unfortunately, I would not recommend using this Chick Fil A location. I had originally ordered with the Chick Fil A location on Princeton Rd. in February 2022 to cater for my wedding in May 2022. I ordered 215 sandwiches and two large chicken nugget platters and was told it would be $797 with delivery. I found out the week of my wedding that the Princeton Rd. location was closed and that the West Chester location would be completing my order. Chick Fil A called me the Monday before my wedding confirming the order and I asked if we could change the order to 190 sandwiches instead of 215 and Julie told me this would be no problem. On Friday, Chick Fil A called again to confirm delivery time and I asked how much the total would be and was informed it would be over $1,100+. I was completely shocked. Brooke (Julie’s daughter) said that because I changed the order on Monday that I would have to pay the new price of the sandwiches because there have been two price increases since I ordered in February. I explained to Brooke that her mother Julie never informed me that the price would actually increase if I changed the order. Why would I pay over $300+ more dollars for 25 LESS sandwiches? Brooke said that the orders are saved in the computer system and the price would change if the order was altered. She said that I should have been told of the price change. I would have never changed it if I would have been told I’d have to pay a new price for LESS food. Brooke then offered me 10% off the order because that is what they offer employees and is a great deal. Still upset because I get married in one day— Brooke then tells me that she will talk to her supervisor again. Then she says, she can offer me 25% off. I explained that I just wanted the price I was initially told to be honored and she apologized and said this could not be fixed since the orders are in a computer system. Regardless, the total amount she now offered with 25% off was still significantly more than the initial price I was told. Brooke explained that she hoped to keep my business with the discounts she offered. What other choice did I have but the price she gave me? I was getting married in 24 hours and this was the main entree for the dinner. Disappointment and frustration does not even begin to describe this experience. I filed a complaint with corporate and still have gotten no where. I thought Chick Fil A had amazing customer service and I was very wrong. This terrible experience added so much unnecessary stress the day before my wedding. Hopefully no one else gets wronged...
Read moreOn 5/23/22 I ordered 63 chicken sandwiches, etc. for a company lunch on 5/24/22 at the nearest Chick-fil-a that had delivery available, Springdale on Kemper. However, you have to use Door Dash. So I place the order via Door Dash, get a confirmation, and go on with my day.
The next morning I still had not heard from the store. I called them and was told they do not have an order for 63 sandwiches. I give them the number and they tell me they do not have that order but that their Door Dash orders come across at 11am each day. My order was scheduled to be delivered at 11:45am... that day. They never offered to take the order as a pickup or anything else to help the situation.
I contacted Door Dash via the online chat. They tell me they have confirmed the store is making the order but they cannot assign a delivery driver until the order is complete. I ask who they spoke to as I had just gotten off the phone with the store. The chatter goes quiet for a long time then comes back to say that the store is not answering right now but we can cancel your order. So I did.
Now enter the heroes of the day, the crew at Chick-fil-a Fairfield, OH on Gilmore. I called the Fairfield location because they are open early too. I ask if I can place a 63 sandwich lunch box order for 11:15am pickup TODAY. They say no problem. I arrive at 11:15am and walk in where I was greeted by Nick. When I tell him I'm there for a large order he tells me everything is right here. Let me help you to your car. He and a few others carried several of those really nice, zipper-top, reusable carriers to my car where we played Tetris trying to get everything in the car, anywhere we could.
I get back just in time to set up for the company lunch. Everything was there. The right number of lunch boxes, correct number of gallon drinks, napkins, utensils, sauces, cups, etc. The food was warm and tasted great, as usual. Everyone was very pleased.
Nick and his crew saved my neck that morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the crew at Chick-fil-a Fairfield, OH on Gilmore for making my job look easy. You all should be proud of yourselves for accepting and conquering...
Read moreWorst Chick-fil-A ever I have had soooo many issues with this location. My daughter just came through the self pick up line and they forgot a fry with a combo. Because she has been to other Chick-fil-As her order has always been accurate so she didn’t think to check lesson learned. She called up to this Chick-fil-A and asked to speak to a manager and spoke to a Kaitlyn and she stated her issue. Which was they left a large fry out of the order which came with the combo. She told the manager that she had already made it home and ask for the inconvenience since she is bringing the other fries back with the their combos because and they were going to be cold by time she made it back home will they swap them out with new fries because she’s bring the whole order back so they could see what she ordered. The manager Kaitlyn told her she could not do that but she would just give her the Fry she missed out of the bag. The point is this she’s bringing the whole order back so you can see she’s not lying because were honest people. The inconvenience and having to drive back out in the rain because you messed up that should’ve never been an issue. to replace them. She wasn’t giving her anything for free just giving her what she paid for. Management sucks wouldn’t advise anybody to go to this location will travel all around the city before I go to...
