I have been a customer of Drivemaster since 1988. Peter , Tina, Sheryl and PJ their mechanic Jerry is an amazing problem solver and is one of the best I’ve ever known 2nd only to Peter in problem solving. They have built 5 vehicles for me and done everything possible to make sure I was a safe operator and satisfied customer. They have gone above and beyond what any automotive shop I’ve ever used including helping me get my old vehicles home when I couldn’t get a friend or relative to come drive the old vehicle home for me to use as a back up in case of car trouble down the road even though I live 2 hours away in another state. I have never seen a problem Peter couldn’t find a solution for. The entire staff have treated me as a friend for almost 40 years. I was introduced to Drivemaster by my driving instructor in 1986 as part of my rehab after a diving accident that left me a quadriplegic. Drive-Master Mobility in Fairfield is simply the best. I’ve been going to them for years and they are my go-to team for keeping me moving and independent. They installed hand controls in my SUV and a BraunAbility scooter lift that makes lifting my 135-pound scooter in and out of the car so much easier.

Every year, I go back for regular maintenance—and anytime something isn’t working quite right, they know exactly what to do to fix it fast. Today I came in to have my directional replaced and get my lift inspected, and as always, they took care of everything with care and precision.

I would like to share my experience I had with them and I live all the way down here in Texas I had an issue with a van that I changed the power steering pump on and called and was given excellent service by the young lady answering the phone she hooked me up with Evron in service and he walked me through procedures to text the system he led me procedure by procedure and took his time and called me back and always was very polite and very very helpful he diagnosed my problem the brand new power steering pump I put in was bad right out of the box the family's van I'm working on is can't really afford to have anything new this is a 99 van so we're keeping this going for them thank you for your service and your help and God bless you Evron and the young lady that helped me by answering y'all's phone and...
