Pie Oh My — Restaurant in Fairfield

I've had Pie Oh My twice, and it's by far the best pizza truck you can rent. The first time I had it was at a kids birthday party. Both the kids and the adults LOVED the pizza. It amazed me how quickly they managed to turn out the pizzas as well. Shortly thereafter, I had my own party and I contacted Jed. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and so was his staff. Everyone raved about the pizza, as well as the appetizers.

Some things that really stood out, aside from Jed being the kindest caterer around:

-Amazing crust -Fresh ingredients -Awesome flavors. I wish I could have more of the artichoke pizza, which has a vodka sauce and of course, artichokes! I also LOVE his pesto pizza. So good!!! -The wings! They are the perfect combination of sweet and spicy.

Here's the coolest part....While I can't wait to have Pie Oh My cater for me again, I can actually buy their pizza now online at thepizzagift.com. I plan on ordering some of their frozen...

Jed and his crew were a hit at our kids' birthday party at a local park. We had about 50 guests, mostly adults. Everyone loved the pizza. We were served four different types that we chose prior. The artichoke and pepperoni pies were my favorite. They serve unlimited pizza during the serving window. Always had fresh pies coming out when people walked up to the truck. It gave everyone a chance to try all four of the pizzas without commiting to any one type. Our servers were Mike and Bret and they were very friendly and explained to us how everything was going to happen. Very pleased with the quality of the food and the service. Had so many guests come up to me during the party and say how amazing the pizza was. Definitely recommend to those looking for something different than typically catering for a party. We first tried Pie Oh My at a street fair in Jersey City and absolutely loved the pizza! The ingredients were fresh, the crust had an awesome crisp, and the sauce was fantastic. I am not ashamed to say I ate 4 pies on my own that night. From then on, every fair we go to we look for Pie OH My. Their crew is always funny and great, and the owner Jed is a great guy. We ended up ordering a couple frozen pizzas from them and a do-it yourself kit, and I was beyond happy. We had a get together at my house and I made these pizzas on a stone that I put on my grill and everyone was raving about how good they were! The ingredients were fresh and the taste was perfect.
