As I’m seated in the dining room I’m greeted by the conversation of two older Italian couples having a lovely dinner out. It’s like a scene from Goodfellas or The Soprano’s. The guys are busting each other’s chops, the wives are finishing the husband’s sentences, they are regulars and know everyone. This is a good first sign.

I order the chicken parmigiana which comes with a side of pasta or a salad. I go for spaghetti and also add a side Caesar salad and a Diet Coke.

The salad was delivered quickly and was average in flavor. The only complaint I have about this experience is that the salad plate was warm.

The chicken parm was beautiful in appearance, perfectly cooked, extremely tasty, and very well proportioned. I made sure to use the rolls to sop up all the sauce.

After the salad and chicken I was stuffed so I took the spaghetti back to the hotel and consumed it the next morning for breakfast. It was delicious as well.

Service was friendly, efficient and everything made this a great meal.

I recently visited this establishment, hoping to enjoy their buy one get one sandwich promotion. To my dismay, I was charged an extra $3 on a sandwich priced at $11, simply because I used a coupon. When questioned about the discrepancy, the staff incorrectly informed me that the online prices had not been updated. However, upon checking their in-store menu, I verified that the sandwich was indeed priced at $11. It felt as though I was being unfairly targeted for using a promotional offer.

Instead of addressing the issue directly, the worker deflected responsibility, suggesting I speak to the manager and claiming he doesn't make the rules. I'm deeply disappointed by this lack of transparency and apparent attempt to overcharge. Customers should be aware of such practices when considering...

I live in Parsippany where there are many pizza/ Italian restaurants that I could chose from. However , Hollywood pizza is the best I’ve had in all of central / north NJ. They are very personable “ especially Rachel” she’s extremely kind, courteous and truly cares about your experience. I placed an order that was delivered rather late. The driver was new and I live in a complex that is very difficult to figure out. I’ve had Uber/ Lyft cancel on me because of that difficulty it takes to find my building. Hollywood pizza did not give up. They kept me posted and were genuinely apologetic. I will continue to order from them regardless of the late delivery .
