Experience was excellent! Staff are friendly and very helpful, even security was helpful in announcing deals inside. Great place. Great deals! Bryno aka Brian and Edith were quick to help and assist us. Alana helped me when I called with issues trying to place an online order (app issues). Grab a shopping basket and have at it. Atmosphere is chill and friendly. Pleasant shopping people.
Update 7/19/2022 Lexi is a go getter. She greeted me as I started to walk in the direction of the drink wall, she appeared to want to assist me, so I went with it. Lexi is friendly and approachable. Excellent customer service.

Update....11/19/2022 Kaybae 143, excellent customer service, greeted me and the security guard greeted me as well, felt welcoming to me. I forgot my readers and Kaybae helped me out, found my products, so, I was in and out quickly. Store is clean, staff are friendly from the moment you enter and on your way out. AWESOME! Read moreBait and switch. Checked their direct site for inventory. Saw a Fig Farms item. Went to grab it from the store and they said they don't carry it. The bud tender kept asking me if I was on the right location page. Each location lists the address at the top of each page. Went home same day and it was still listed in their site so I placed a pick up order for the next day. The store confirmed it. When I got there they said it was a different brand and they don't understand why it was in their system like that. They were under the assumption that I was ok with the other brand and acted like that would be ok. It's not. Instead of texting, calling or even sending me an email to ask if it was ok to replace it with another brand. As someone who has worked as a budtender, delivery dispatcher, manufacturing, packaging, and edible production for the cannabis industry this is sad.
