Target — Local services in Fairfield

I've been coming to this store since I moved to Fairfield and let me tell y'all that I never thought I was going to get a bad experience. 5 days ago I shopped here and got 4 items which my total was $30dlrs with 30¢. I gave the cashier a $100dollar bill and she gave me back $69 dlrs with 30¢. I never check if the bills are real or not because I thought TARGET was a good store, I only check if my change was ok and then left. Yesterday I tried to pay with one of the $20 dollar bills which turned out to be fake. I asked the lady at the store if she could check the other 2 bills and the 3 bills are fake. I spoke to the manager yesterday telling her what happened I asked her to pull out the cameras and check that the cashier gave me those bills, her response was "Maybe she (the cashier) didn't do it intentionally because we as a big store check the money first, so I told her that's why it surprises me that she didn't check those bills before, when the "person" gave them to her at first. I hardly carry any cash on me for the same reason, I always pay with my debit card. That day I only had cash on me. I hope that if this happens to another person they come forward so that way they can investigate the cashier and even the manager who...

I much prefer Target over Walmart any day. I like the atmosphere and most of the team members on staff. I did however have an experience today (9/2/21 @ 10:22a) I was trying to use the self checkout lanes. The one I choose was not working and was asking for team member assistants. I waited for a while, but no one was coming. Another customer who was done checking out told me that he was at that one earlier but wasn't working so he went to another. I tried to go to the one he was at but then someone come up and used it. During this time still no team member came to fix it. So then I finally went to an open register with a person. As I was waiting in line, a team member (who I saw at guest services) finally walk over to fix it. I said out loud, of course someone would come to fix it when I walk away!! I was so upset and was just ranting. The team member on register 4 was apologizing to me. I told her it was ok I'll wait. Then the member at guest servers yelled at me from where she was at and said, I'm sorry, but I'm doing a thousand things myself and I'm the only one here. First, that's not an apology IMO. Second, if she can't multitask then maybe this kind of work is not...

Target, I love Target . We choose Target for how organized , friendly, and how clean the store is. Unfortunately Fairfield target in my community is by far the worse in cleanliness etc. The employees are fairly nice. But the lack of stars has to be for the lack of cleanliness especially the bathroom. Unfortunately, every visit when I use the bathroom at the Fairfield location i am not impressed. The bathroom smells foul, to the point where I can’t believe the woman’s restroom would smell or look and experience what I do. Not sure if the employees allow the less fortunate to use the restroom but in my experience it does very much seem so that way. I hope the new remodeling is also updated with new upgrades in the restroom and system as far as that goes. I go to target for all I can possibly need.
