I went to this location on my lunch hour and was not given my debit card after paying. Because I had to return to work I couldn't go back to retrieve it. After work I called en route to ask if I could speak to a manager. The person said he was the manager and I asked about my card and gave my name.. He put me on hold for 5 minutes. That is a small location so it should not have taken that long to verify if it was there. When he gets back on the phone he proceeds to describe the card to me which made no sense. Then I was told to ask for the manager when I came thru the drive thru because the lobby was closed.. Upon my arrival I asked for the manager and the person says he's not there. So I asked who did I speak to on the phone and he said a coworker who isn't the manager. I asked who the person was that I was speaking to and he said he was the Assis. Manager so I asked why did the person tell me to ask for the manager if he wasnt there? He just stared at me. So I said Can I please have my card? Then he's going to ask to see my ID. As I'm getting it I ask him what would be the odds that someone would know that a debit card was there and call and give the correct name(my name is French btw)on the card but you asking for my ID? Hilarious! Needless to say, I closed that card because I cant trust the shadiness of it all. On another note, this location is slow as molasses during the lunch hour. When you arrive at the speaker to order. Regardless if no one is ahead of you,you WILL be waiting. When you arrive at the window, I have had to wait again before they even ask for payment because the workers are talking and doing other things. That is no doubt why I left my card because I was just thankful to finally get my food that I left without it.I definitely won't be returning to this location for all of the reasons that...

The gentleman working the front register told me to use the bathroom that had feces all over the toilet as well as urine everywhere and this was after he went in and looked at it himself. I felt like he thought it was funny since he kept smirking when I was talking about how disgusting it was and I felt it was disrespectful to even suggest that customers use it in the condition it was in. I asked to use the other stall but he claimed it was not available for use because it was clogged. If that’s the case that tells me a lot about this location and how is being ran. People are just clocking in for a paycheck these days. They could care less about the level and quality of service they’re providing their customers. Read moreThey’ve done to me several times where they wave you back so you don’t drive up to the window after ordering. I guess it’s to keep their service time quotas short to impress management but it’s super inconvenient and annoying for the customers to have to wait 5-10 minutes before they finally wave you to pull forward and then you still to pay and wait even longer to get the food. While you’re waiting before being allowed to pull forward to the window, you have other cars lined up behind you honking because they don’t know you were told not to pull forward and it’s usually a shift manager behind the window making you do it. No other fast food restaurant demands that you wait behind a certain point before they’re ready to serve you. With all other places, you order, pull up to the window, pay and get your food quickly.
