Let me start by saying that i tried to go through a different company the first time around to get a Hogwarts letter for my daughters 11th birthday. That company cost twice as much, gave no response and i had to fight for a refund. The entire process was 3 months of fighting. Stacy at Legendary Letters was SO WONDERFUL to work with. I emailed her right after i placed my order ( half the price of the one i tried for before ) she responded right away, and was so nice. I ordered a letter from Hogwarts as a surprise for the girl I'm seeing, and she couldn't be happier with it. I ordered the movie version of the letter, and included the optional train and bus tickets, and she loves it! She's a die-hard fan and was absolutely floored when she opened her mail the other day and found it. I ordered a Hogwarts Acceptance Letter from Legendary Letters and I LOVE IT! Firstly, the letter was mailed within days of ordering (as described) and arrived well-packaged to keep it safe. The letter is so realistic - the wording is as it was in the book and to add to it, you're able to go through and choose from several options for personalizing it.
